We had problems with a/c in the room, but we had help from helpful staff. There was water leak in bathroom, but for stay for 1 night nice room, free parking. As I said very helpful staff.

There is no elevator and we had the 3th floor. The airconditioning in the rooms are too small for the space, so it get not cooled very good.

It was a nice and pretty clean hotel. The staff is very friendly. Especially the young man behind the reception!

No garage for motorbike, only unattended parking lots in front of the hotel.

Breakfast was OK, a-la carte, english, continental.. Location preety OK, walking distance (1 km) from the old city center.

Cigarette smoke came to the room and you could not be in the restaurant because of it.

The bathroom was a bit smelly. The air was not maybe changing properly?

Decent Wifi, air condition, camera secured parking slot. Small but convinient room. Also breakfast included to our price, WHAT A BONUS! Also the staf in reception was brilliant frinedly English speaking young man😎

We had a good night’s sleep, even if it was a bit hot and it was noisy outside. Little parking space, but good enough. A few minutes drive to the city center. Amazing breakfast.

Our room was so small we couldn't open our suitcase. It's not that close to the city center.

The rooms are a little small. The air conditioned is modern but only starts when you set the temperature a few degrees lower than the temperature inside. It can be a little anoying until you realise how it works.

The hotel is modern and clean. Breakfast pretty ok. Friendly staff. The rooms are clean, with air conditioned, but rather small in size. Not far from center. The city is incredibly beautiful!!

Coffee from the machine in the breakfast area was a joke :) Rather order a proper cofee from the hotel cafe.

Clean and quiet, very decent breakfast with nice surprise for kids. Good air condition, mosquito nets on windows. 15 min of a slow walk to the old town. Friendly staff always at disposal. Receptionist helped us get the information about the city attractions that wasn't available online.

I hope we just weren't lucky but there were a lot of small things that just didn't click with me: TV wasn't working at all (no channels), and I as a tech-savvy person, did try all I could to make it work myself, the room could be a bit cleaner since there were some leftovers from the previous stay, I was charged ~4 euros more than indicated on the booking (which is 10%), breakfast could be better - the coffee was very weak, and the eggs omelet lacked enlisted ingredients from the menu and therefore lacked the expected taste. Just to be clear, these are all small things I wouldn't care about, but when they pile up I think it's worth mentioning as feedback to improve in the future.

We were staying for only one night and I would say it was ok for that purpose. The room is quite nice, it's just the right size for the short stays, it's modern and has all the things you might need. The location is ok from the standpoint that there is free parking and it's easily accessible. It's around 15 min walk to the old town.

This is a terrible, this is not 4 star hotel, this is a 2 star hotel.. Nobody speaks English absolutely.. Not friendly stuff at all. I'm shocked...

Booked deluxe dubel room, got some small room. The shower is very small, almost impossible to turn around. Breakfast selection is very poor, variety of eggs, juice and awful coffee. Lack of parking space and lack of staff

AC was already working, so it was comfortable in the room.
