The room was very comfortable, the location is perfect to visit the city and the staff is simply wonderful. All the girls at the reception were kind and very helpful. Definitely I will come back

The bathroom was very outdated when you compare it to the rest of the hotel. Another thing is that the parking situation is quite difficult. If you are the first to park in the small street, infront of the hotel, then you have to wait for a staff member to reverse all the cars out to get to your car.

The rooms are great and look new. The staff is super nice and friendly and the breakfast is great. Heaps of variety. The location is perfect. Everything you need is outside the hotel.

I think it was our room, but the room wifi was not good. The staff did try to address the issue. They were proactive.

Very kind people at the front desk. Amazing location. The hotel does have parking, which is amazing for its central location. AC was great and needed when we were there. Clean bathroom. If I'm in Sarajevo again, I will stay here.

Shower was broken by the time we arrived but they fixed it the next day. Breakfast was underwhelming, served in a small and crowded room, with poor variety and below average drinks

Great location in the heart of Sarajevo. Memorial of Fran’s Ferdinand is just around the corner. Room is spacious and clean, staff is attentive and very nice.

Location, location, location ! Staff was very nice, helpful and welcoming ! We managed to get quite a number of assistance for shuttle, tours, rooms, breakfast, tea in the evening and more..

Bathroom is a little bit old. During the night water is not hot as it should be. The shuttle service to the airport is double expensive than the offocial taxi service, which I called from another hotel.

The place is clean. Location is perfect. Beakfast is nice.

I would not recommend the hotel if you travel for business, at least in our room the lighting wasn’t too good and the table desk quite narrow. The other minor thing was breakfast- it was delicious, but we missed something sweet (croissants, or some cake). The only sweet thing were pancakes. But honestly, these are really minor comments to the very positive experience.

Location- in the heart of old town! Professional and kind staff, they made us fell really welcomed. Our room was very big. Beds were firm enough. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but the staff is very helpful and efficient.

There were no tea/coffee making facilities in our room, the bathroom was a little dated (particularly the small shower cubicle) and the WiFi was very slow and spotty but other than that it was a perfect stay!

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, just on the edge of the Old Town, near the Latin Bridge and right next to the 14th century Bascarsija (market area). Parking is easy if you reserve a parking spot. The parking is right in front of the hotel but it’s tandem style, so you have to leave your car keys with reception. Our deluxe king suite had a comfortable king bed, lounge area and good bathroom. All the reception staff were super friendly and helpful, and we thought that the breakfast was excellent!!

Breakfast was cheerful, but not exceptional. But breakfast is not my top priority. Staff were very helpful, considerate and talkative. It is always a good and sincere welcome.

coming by car can be cumbersome - hotel provides limited valet parking for max 4-5 cars and maneuvering in the neighboring streets can be difficult; I would expect frequent room tidying and cleanup

Top location - situated just meters from the most important landmarks; although at top centre - the place is quiet in the evenings; breakfast had a surprising variety of options, food was delicious, great plus for me was the espresso machine; staff was very polite and always willing to help

Amazing hotel in the heart of Sarajevo. With very nice facilities, good breakfast to start the day. And very kind and great people working in the hotel. We had also the parking reserved, since this is the centar of Sarajevo, that the stuff handles perfectly. Really great stay, and will come back again.

The sauna and gym is not active. Not satisfied with the breakfast at all. People are good. Rooms are normal.

The sink was badly cracked.
