I wish they were able to have the option of serving evening meals as it's difficult to get a seat in the local restaurants.

I liked the single attic room then I was upgraded to a king-size bedroom and that was good too. The location of the hotel was good. It was 30 meters away from where Franz Ferdinand was shot which started the 1st world war. It's good if you like history. There's lots of restaurants nearby and money exchanges. The staff are very friendly.

Uncomfortable bed, single beds are too small, bathrooms are old but not bad, some rooms without window just some small openings, cold room during the night.

Unfortunately very low standard as the hotel 4*. Very low standard of breakfast and so small restaurant ! If you need to check out very early, forget about the breakfast, because you have no opportunity to eat anywhere. Very small parking! Pictures on booking.com lies ! I agree, that hotel has a professional service to move your car, but I prefer places where I don't need to worry about my place on the parking. Very bad service of room cleaning- it's only change your towel, not cleaning.

Breakfast was non- existent on 1 morning and there was no clean cutlery when we got there at 8.30am. We only came back for a coffee on 2nd morning. Our room had no toilet paper on 2nd day but sadly the staff did not have key to replace toilet dispenser - gave us a toilet roll to keep on floor. We loved Sarajevo but will not be back at this booking.com recommended hotel. Shall not can't trust the booking.com rating anymore (nor bother with 'free breakfast' deals in future.

The front office morning staff were exceptionally helpful. The location was great. Parking was convenient - but we did pay for it.

Everything! The stuff were amazing, very kind and always in a mood to help us. The location is perfect, room was clean, and the breakfast was great. You pay for the parking 10€ per day, but the stuff take care about your car and its safety. We totaly recommend this hotel :)

Best location in the old town. Literally in the middle of history! The staff is great. Shout out to Fatima, Alema, Nejra and Adina! The girls are always on track keeping everything running. The rooms are clean. There was an issue with the elevator, however, they fixed it first thing in the morning. Parking is super convenient, since you just give the keys, and then their colleagues take care of it. Love not that I didn't have to think about my car :)

The staff speak great English! I had no problem conversing with them. They were helpful with my tours, with my car (since I didn't reserve a parking - they directed me to a near by parking), even arranged for gluten-free breakfast. So kind and so helpful!
