The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was really big and clean with everything you need. It is close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The restaurant was amazing, staff were amazing and the food was really tasty and for a low cost.

The pub of the opposite hotel had music until late hours like 2.00 a.m. It was difficult to sleep. My colleagues paid at hotel less than me because their rooms were reserved by a local person. There was no room service for food and no phone in the room. I had to check out at 6.30 in the morning due to my flight and I asked for a sandwich since I won't be able to have the breakfast I paid but unfortunately they couldnt make it.

The staff were helpful for many things. The location was covenient that it was in the middle of west and east town. The breakfast was good and the hotel had a nice restaurant with delicious food.

It's in the city centre so it gets a little noisy as it's close to bars but it's definitely manageable

I had a really good stay. All the staff were very warm and friendly and helpful in resolving any issues. The room was also a decent size as well. It is a perfect location and close to everything you need. They also had a really nice restaurant with amazing food!

The room had a buzzing sound throughout the night, so had difficulty sleeping & was tired for my long flight back to Australia tge next day. As tgey are a hotel, tgey need to know how much their airport shuttle costs! One receptionist said 20euro, tge other said 25euro! Once at the the airport the taxi driver the hotel uses, told me it was 25euro plus 5 euro's for each luggage!!! I told him I was not told that luggage is additional cost, so he settled for 50km ( 25 euro). Management needs to have a shuttle price & actually advise guests that its a taxi they use, otherwise I would have called crveni taxi or Samir & Emir taxi and paid half what Sarajevo taxi charged

Its really close to the bars and stuff so if you don't like hearing loud music and bass drums etc at bight then it's probably not good for you. I'm a deep sleeper so wasn't a problem for me but definitely worth considering. The breakfast wasn't massively varied so ideally they needed to include more protein based choices. They also need to hoover the hotel floor as it wasn't that clean.

The radiator kept coming on in the middle of the night, and woke me up. Am sure if I'd spoken to reception they'd have sorted it out.
