No elevator which some might find annoying. Quite a narrow road to get to the building.

I got a room with a view of Sarajevo, would definitely recommend it as it is quite memorable. Definitely worth the higher price. Very communicative and friendly hosts. Nice, gated parking

The host is great, communication went smoothly. The apartment is clean, perfect for 2 people with the fantastic view. Markets are near and the location is some 25min walking distance from the Old town (it's nice walk, so don't be discouraged). Will come again when we are in Sarajevo next time.

The description listed laundry equipment in the unit, and while this is apparently true of some units, it was not the case with mine. The operators of the building are not present but for some business hours each day, making it difficult to arrange human contact to make a payment, for instance. (Fortunately, the keys were left available for me to obtain upon my arrival, without any need of a building owner or representative being onsite.) Nonetheless, this rental remained an excellent value.

Once there, one can't understate how apt the name "Beautiful View of Sarajevo" is for this location. It is built into a hillside. (Though the map shows it in an area of curving streets, this hadn't prepared me for it being above the elevation of the valley which most of Sarajevo is built in.) Even so, within a block and a half there are three stairwells for walking down to the river level within minutes. Two of the stairwells have switchbacks; the widest stairwell goes straight down, and is the best choice. (This stairwell appears on some maps labeled as Borak, owing to this being part of the address of some houses along the sidewalk.) Thus, a visitor can shortly cross the Miljacka River and then reach city center, the historic areas, the museums, the many proprietors of excellent local food. The amount of space in the rental unit is adequate, though the rental description that it is a full apartment may be misleading, as my unit was nearer in size to a conventional hotel room than a conventional apartment.

We were expecting an apartment instead of a room, so there was no table to eat or place to make a coffee. But it was a good place to stay for a couple of nights.

The upper apartment has a stunning view and terrace! One of the most great views we ever seen. Nice, big, clean, modern studio. Perfect place and great friendly host! They do everything for the comfort staying!

The bathroom was not really clean. The apartment was smelling cigarettes. It was really hard to find the location. The upper door from the main street was closed. We needed to call the host to get in. There was no view from the apartment even though the pictures of the ad shows there is view. The apartment was quite dark.

The bed was comfortable. The apartment was having equipments such as hair dryer or iron.

We really enjoyed our short stay at the property. It was clean, comfortable, equipped with all the essentials. The hosts were kind and flexible, early check-out wasn't a problem. Short walking distance to the train station is an asset. It takes a bit more time to get to the city centre but it's still walkable. The location is quite high on a hill, may be tough if you're out of shape like we were :D

Shortest walking way to the building is through a large number of stairs. Maybe this is a problem for elderly people or when you carry heavy luggage..

Everything was as described, we had no problem finding the place. Parking was available. City center is close, around 20min walking. It was warm, clean and comfortable. Owners are nice. Would visit again.
