MontenegroGreat accommodation option in the heart of Mostar. The location is amazing, all the attractions are within walking distance, also around a huge number of cafes and restaurants. Cozy, clean rooms with an interesting, thoughtful design. An added bonus is the ability to park a car for free (in the center of it can be a problem). Also special thanks to the hosts, very friendly, nice people, gave lots of recommendations to visit different places, which we used and were very pleased! In general, I recommend it!

TurkeyThe owner doesn’t have any responsibility. It was impossible to find somebody in reception. When we want to take shower firstly water was hot middle of the shower it became cold. And never be hot again. It was terrible. The room was so different from the photos. Sadly it was a bad experience.

AustraliaThere was some misleading information regarding check in and on site facilities. We thought it would have a restaurant, bar and onsite coffee house none of this seemed to be available. The cafe downstairs was closed all three days of our stay. Additionally having a contactable phone number is not equivalent to the 24-hour front desk advertised. Especially as many travel without access to mobile data.
Very nice rooms and well decorated. Comfortable beds. The ability to control the room temperature was great and location was very close to old town and a walk from bus station.

I'm disappointed that the place does not have a small refrigerator and smaller than I expected for a quad.. room. Beside that, the place was very clean with air conditioner. Very close to city center. I believe that the place was over priced according to the room space.

United StatesTerrible experience. They don’t speak English, hard do communicate with them. Also nobody was there during our check in, we had to look for him around, very absurd. The owner is very rude and not friendly at all. He yelled at me and tried to fight with me. If you read some of the owner’s response to customer’s feedback through the reviews you will see what I’m saying. I wish I read them before. There was not enough hot water. Water was hot only for a couple minutes then it was cold. Also their sheets were not clean for the sofa bed. There was a waitress girl tried to charge me more than my reservation price. She was very mean. I asked them for my payment invoice, but they got very angry with me and said they couldn't give me the invoice for no reason. Watch out for them. I’m not sure how booking.com can advertising this property but not worth your single penny. They have more than one business that’s why I don’t enough pay attention to the hotel and they don’t care their hotel customer’s satisfaction. So just let you know before decide.

HungaryUnfortunately, the room we were given was completely different from what was advertised in our booking. One of the main reasons we chose your accommodation was because of its authentic decor and the appealing images shown in the listing. If we had wanted a room like the one we were given, we could have booked a much cheaper option elsewhere. Upon our arrival, there was no one to greet us, and we were eventually directed to a different building and given a completely different room. This room did not match the description or images from the booking. Additionally, the bathroom was in a dangerous condition. The shower door appeared to be broken, and there were small glass shards on the floor, which caused injury when we stepped on them. The check-out process was also problematic. You did not appear to hand over the keys in person, and we had to leave the keys at the local Barber Shop upon departure. This eliminated any opportunity for personal communication regarding these issues. I find it unacceptable that we did not receive the room we paid for. When we brought this to your attention, you informed us that the room we booked was not available. It is concerning that this was not communicated to us beforehand, before the arrival and we were not asked if the alternative room would be acceptable. Furthermore, we did not receive an invoice for our payment. I sent you a message after our stay, and you said we did not show up, and you did not host us. It would have been impossible to communicate with someone else, since we contacted you on viber, via the number which was given on booking. May I ask, if we did not show up, why didn't you call us? Do not recommend this host, or this place. Very disappointed.

He could not understand English when I tried to explain. 15 minutes later when someone else tried to check in the guy must have called his daughter and I had to speak to her on the phone and tell my friend he didn't have his own room after all. Bad communication regarding payment as well

Our GPS would not pick up the location and we did not receive any instructions through our phones for the location as it was sent to us too late. Consequently we wasted 2 hours trying to find the place and walked 2km to find it. The male host was lovely though and drove us back to pick up our car. Apart from that the sheets were scratchy and the bathroom smelly, but it did have a kettle to make a cup of tea!! 🤪
Close to all the historic action. Carpark provided which was fantastic. Kettle to make a cup of tea and little restaurant below for breakfast. Male host very friendly, sorry can’t remember his name. Not flash but great value for money.
