Limited number of bathrooms, not a problem for me but might be for those who like long showers!

Well located hostel in easy access of both the bus and train station and the Old Town. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Miran (the owner) has a brilliant tour of Herzegovina and taught me far more about the war in Bosnia than any museum could! I met great people here, it felt more like home than a hostel.

Miran and Maja were amazing and caring hosts, constantly checking up on guests. They'd give great insights on which sights to see, which helped us (a group of solo travelers at the hostel who got along great) get the most out of our relatively short stay in Mostar. It was the best stay I have had so far. Definitely recommended for anyone who is looking for a personal and social experience!

Hostel Miran is the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. The family is super welcoming and professional at the same time. The facilities are clean and beds are good! Be sure to book the tour with Miran, a better tour is hard to find;) Can’t wait to come back.

I had an amazing stay at Hostel Miran Mostar.!Not only was the hostel conveniently located and easy to reach from the bus station, it also felt like coming home. Miran is an amazing guy. He made everyone feel at home, always checking in to see how we were and giving great advice. Miran is easy to have a conversation with and respects everybody. Just a great, all-round guy. If you get the chance, I really recommend taking his tour. Not only do you get to see some beautiful parts of Herzegovina, Miran also tells you about his life, making the tour authentic and eye-opening. I am already planning a trip to return. 11/10 would recommend.

Initially booked just 1 night but ended up staying for 9. Why? A “home away from home” is a phrase we hear often, but here, I truly felt at home. The warmth from the owner, Miran, and his family, the cleanliness and comfort, the smell of coffee in the morning – everything made this place special. Miran knows everyone in town, shares stories, and genuinely cares about the well-being of his guests. You’re not treated like a customer here; you’re treated like family.

I would love if the beds had lights on them, or maybe an extra bathroom as can get busy, otherwise all great!

Miran the owner is amazing, he makes an effort to know all of his guests individually and make sure you have an incredible stay. I also did the tour he offered through the hostel and it was truly incredible and he answers every question you have and tells you a lot about the war while also giving you a fun day. The rooms all are comfortable beds the are tall enough bunks to sit up in, and the breakfast is good too. there is a stove top in the hostel kitchen as well.

I loved my stay at Miran's, it was like a home away from home. All the staffs and his family were super friendly and easy to get on with. The beds and rooms were as per photos and very comfortable. Everything was really clean and I had access to all that I needed. The location is great. Close to the bus stop, the old town and everywhere you need to be. It was a very good vibe at the hostel, the chill that I needed. I also recommend Miran's tour, it was a lovely day out and very insightful and personalised, thankyou for sharing your story Miran.
