Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomI was worried about parking before we arrived ... I received a message saying only if available. Free parking is free parking if its written in the description. We were ok. But if the parking is full it could b a problem. The breakfast was ok ... the omelette was great, but they should provvide a few items that are really wanted, instead of 10 tiny amounts of items that mainly are not wanted. We also had poor "hotel" coffee and only discovered after that there were other options .. such as turkish .. available. Should b informed on sit down. We made early morning trips across the river to get decent coffee when we could have had it breakfast if we had the info. Altho we enjoyed our stay, it wasnt the best we had in the Balkans, but it was the priciest. Compared t W Europe it was cheap, but pricy compared t what we are used to elsewhere in the Balkans. That said .would we stay there again .. YES ... mainly location and wonderful staff.
Sonesh was great .. very nice, informative and helpful. The room was spacious and everything worked great. Licatio n location location ! Just 3 minutes across the river from nearly everything u need to see. Latin Bridge 1 minute away. Free parking on site .. leave the keys with reception and they juggle the cars to make sure everyone gets away when needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Hammam on site although we didnt use it.

GreeceThe room has wooden furniture and therefore more thorough dusting is required. Apart from this, it is very clean.
Yhe hotel is located very close to the Old city, which is less than 70mettres away. It is a small hotel with an excellent hamam facilty, the pool is free, the hamam servises are charged (the standard service is about 25 euros). It is good for people with mobility problems as there are rooms in the ground floor, the taxi drops you just at the doorstep and there is a taxi stop nearby. Unfortunately breakfast is served at the first floor and there is no lift, there are twenty steps to reach it. The hotel has no reception in the evening - I think after 11pm- but there is security outside the building.

SingaporeShower amenities were abit sparse. But that’s a minor complaint all things considered !
An amazing boutique hotel with an amazing hamam located very close to the old city. Staff are excellent with special mention of Umit who is exceedingly helpful. we had an opportunity to use the hamam and would highly recommend it. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is fantastic. Location is excellent with just a short walk into the old city and an excellent bakery right next door. Be sure to try out the amazing burek !

United StatesThe bathroom was a bit stinky (I suspect due to old pipes) and the toilet could have been cleaner.
The property was very unique, loved all the wooden furniture and Turkish-inspired decor. I particularly loved the option for a 3 person room; it came with a wooden room divider and worked very well for our group. The hammam was an amazing amenity and the spa treatments were some of the best I've ever had (and very affordable). Staff was also friendly and helpful. Lastly, loved the location right next to Old Town which was a quick 5 minute walk; everything we needed was right near by.

IrelandEverything was perfect!
We had the most wonderful stay in this unique hotel, steeped in charm and heritage. The hotel is a stone's throw from the most significant historic and tourist sites in Sarajevo. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at reception, breakfast room and hamam - they were exceptionally warm, friendly and helpful. It was overall such a memorable stay.

United StatesThe parking area is a bit limited space but the hotel staff helped us to park in front of the hotel. The hotel building is attached to a mosque and you feel that you also in the pray 😀 It has not bothered us but some people may have concern about it.
The location is perfect, 1 min walk to oldest part of Sarajevo. The rooms are designed and decorated with a classy style and the beds are comfortable. The hamam was highly appreciated by my old parents. The staff was very helpful and they also speak turkish, which is an advantage for the people coming from Turkiye. The breakfast was very nice, too.

CroatiaThe air in the room was poor at arrival. After opening windows it was fine, but I recommend to the stuff to take care about it before arrival. It can reflect on the first impression.
The hotel is an authentic architecture that I like, when traveling to the land with different culture. One really feels as sultans guest there. The room is cozy and clean. I liked especially hammam, which is authentic too. Breakfast was divers. Location is great. You can reach Baščaršija and historical objects in few minutes. I liked that the hotel is small and has the atmosphere of familiarity. Very comfortable mattresses and calm rooms despite central location.

United StatesPillows could have been better, not firm or filled enough.
This is a quirky, Turkish-style hotel in a converted Hammam, run by a lovely Turkish family. Rooms are soundproofed and very quiet, and you can set your thermostat to whatever temperature is comfortable. It's set off the main road, so no traffic noise. Beautiful carved furniture. We had the "best room" -- very large with seating area and huge bathroom with tub. THe other rooms we saw looked very nice too but only have showers. From the description, it sounded like we had a whilrlpool tub in our bathroom, but it was in the Hamam, which I highly recommend for a sauna, whirlpool bath (free) and scrub ($25 and up). Great menu of spa services. Nice Turkish-style breakfast and very friendly, helpful staff. i would actually rate this hotel a 9.5 if it were possible to do so.
