Fine location, top class accommodation, clean and cosy rooms, fast and great service, excellent experience for any traveller! The employees are so kind and so helpful from reception to cleaning department. It is the result of good efforts and fine management. I have only good to say for our host from 12th to 14th of September 2022. I hope that i will meet him again in my next stay in Sarajevo in you hotel!

One of the best hotels we stayed in. The hotel is really beautiful, the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated in Turkish style and all the staff was so lovely. The Turkish breakfast was really delicious and I still miss it when I think about it! Location is also great, near the city centre and the best bonus was the hamam. Definitely recommend staying here!

Couldn't fault it.

Perfect location, close to Latin Bridge, with all major sights in old town within easy walking distance. Heritage building with sympathetically modernised rooms and bathrooms. Extremely welcoming , friendly and efficient staff throughout the hotel. The best breakfast I'd experienced during my stay in Bosnia.

I only disliked that I was too shy to try the hammam. I booked the hotel because of it, but, alas - I couldn't overcome it. This, however, is no one's fault but my own.

Super location - it was just where we wanted to be. The breakfast was plentiful and I had my first ever try of rose jam and I'm here to say it was sending my tastebuds into overdrive. The staff made us feel right at home. Sarajevo is one cool city and this hotel is close to all the action.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and looked after us, made us feel welcome! We did not want to leave. Also so central, cannot beat the location. Also found us a parking spot

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even called the bus station for me which i really appreciated since its hard to find bus info in English. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and luxurious. Highly recommend this place! Thanks for a great welcome to Sarajevo and Bosnia :)

Nothing really. I would stay again. A menu for breakfast would make breakfast easier however. Some say rooms are too dark, some are some aren't, but it's very minor anyway.

The Hammam and massage facility was excellent, and different. The decor is very nice. In tradition with some of the history. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is perfect, right by main attractions (cable cars, museums, shopping streets and old monuments), as well as adjacent to an historic mosque which used to be part of the hotel and in a relaxed quieter part of town.

Breakfast was included and a highlight of the stay. Delicious food in a beautiful setting. The hammam was nice and relaxing, and felt very luxurious. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were excellent too, really comfortable.

This stay was a real positive surprise. As someone who has traveled and stayed in hotels extensively I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Decor is done in a traditional Ottoman style and is a feast for the eyes. There is access to hammams but we didn't use these as were there only for the night. Complimentary tea coffee were available and it's a walking distance from the old town. Loved everything about our stay there and will be back.
