We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SloveniaI did not like the room. Although it was mentioned on the booking.com that we might received a room at the lower floor, I did not expect a room without windows.
The staff was super friendly at the reception. Breakfast was ok it was more “oriental”. However, for a 4* hotel I would expect a bit more. This hotel is rather a 3 star.

SloveniaThe room was disappointing (not shown in the photos when booking it). Very low ceilings, small room, you could not switch off the light in the bathroom, no shower curtain in the shower - because of this the floor in the bathroom was wet all the time, we could not open the window above the bed. There was also no daily cleaning.
Very good location-right next to the centre.

GermanyThere were many little things wrong with the room. For example, the hook for towels was broken in the bathroom, the shower nozzle was broken, and the adjustment for the shower nozzle was also broken. Furthermore, I was in a basement room so there was hardly any natural light. The breakfast was just ok. Good Bosnian coffee though.
I appreciated their friendly staff. They spoke great English and were helpful.

IrelandHowever , the hotel was extremely noisy from 7am as our room faced the street and was close to the reception. The shower was broken and therefore the bathroom got soaked every time.
Very nice central location right next to the old town. Comfortable bed and spacious.

United Kingdomparts of decor unfinished. toilet flush panel not attached, shower head did not work, with secondary shower head not adjustable. Also no hot water, had to wait 20 mins after complaining to have the water heater restarted. I was however offered an alternative room to shower the next morning and received an apology for the reception staff.
