Bathroom ventilation works all the time (luckily, not too noisy), lights in the room are not enough.

We found that even though the spa pool was open until 11pm, children were still allowed in the pool at this time which was quite disappointing as we would’ve have like to relax in the pool instead of being splashed by children whilst there shouting and screaming. As it was a spa resort I was quite shocked to realise that children could use the facilities as it’s not very relaxing having them running around being loud when you’re trying to relax. The view from our room wasn’t that great either :(

The rooms were very spacious! Bed was massive and extremely comfortable. The spa facilities were lovely and during the day quite quiet. It was very relaxing, they had separate lifts for the spa so you didn’t have to walk around the hotel in your robe and slippers!

We particularly liked the location being close to the park and historic areas, especially the proximity to Vrelo Bosne. So we booked it! But how wonderful it was to stay here, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, spacious rooms, the spa facilities and the food was great too. As for the staff, everyone was so lovely and professional. A particular mention to the spa staff who were exceptional. A quick shoutout to Almedina who was one of the wonderful chefs - made our stay that much more pleasant with her warm smile, friendly conversation and keenness to entertain our 1 year old baby.

Hotel je izvanredan, osoblje vrlo susretljivo. Dopustili su nam produženi check-out bez nadoplate. Doručak je izvanredan, nema čega nema za svačiji ukus. Jedan od boljih hotela u kojima smo odsjeli, sigurno ćemo se vratiti kada budemo dolazili u Sarajevo.

It was wonderful experience at Malak Regency Location amazing, breakfast Halal and they have delicious buffet . The staff were respectful and helpful. They have outdoor & indoor parking.

Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

The hotel surprised me with the standard that they keep. From the initial check in all the way through the stay and the checkout, the place was amazing. The rooms rival any 5 star hotel in the west (Australia in particular as that's where I am from). The breakfast was great, clean sheets amazing view of the surrounding hills, mountains and the river that runs besides the hotel. They offer a spa and swimming pool which I did not use but did inspect and again it does not disappoint, excellence! All you could ask for in Sarajevo, highly recommended for solo travelers and families. Close to local shopping centres and amenities. The Hotrl Cafe and Restaurants in house offer everything you could wish for and crave. Room service is a little pricey but not a rip off. Rooms have mini bars and safes. Next time I am in Bosnia with the family, I will most definitely try to stay here again.

Rooms do not have good soundproofing. It was snowing outside and all snow was falling down close to window on the 5th floor. It was very loudly and I do not sleep week that night. The architect did not count on this with snow melting. Willis is far above the expectation with just one small pool and just one Finland sauna.

Cleanliness outstanding Staff customer service amazing top top service Great friendly staff. From reception to cafe to housekeeping all amazing. Extremely clean, spacious rooms. Breakfast was very good with good variety. Pool facilities and gym were really food. Spa sauna all great too. Could be tad hotter for my liking but definitely suffice. Rooms were cleaned regularly and efficiently We asked if they could check us in early, which they did with no charge and gave us a balcony room. Highly highly reccomend

The gym was hard to find, as well as the showers in the sauna area. There is no direct shower area in front of the sauna. The pool was very nice but jacuzzi was not operational.

Very nice, rich breakfast (incl. Pizza). Very friendly staff everywhere. Parking very convenient. Only 10mins drive to the airport. Ca. 10 min walk to tram station.
