We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThis is not 5 star. Yes, maybe the best hotel in town, but totally run down in a shopping mall. The smell of cigarettes trying to be compensated with some perfumes. We found a cigarette butt on the bedside table. The equipment in the gym is partly missing, broken or with amateurish repair. Breakfast ok, good coffee, fresh orange juice at extra charge. Bar setting like in the waiting room of your doctor.
I liked the staff. They tried to make the most out of it..

NetherlandsSmell in the corridors. Elevator - it took forever from 8 to -3 ( garage). Tv was not working, required the pin code. Breakfast room smelled of kitchen cooking fumes. Room furniture old and damaged. People smoked at the reception.
Spacious room. Bathroom with both bath and shower. Slippers to use in the room.
