although we had paid for breakfast and begged for a breakfast pack as we were leaving early we didn't get one. the reception was supposed to be open 24 hours, but at 6:30 in the morning there was no one at the reception.

Location was perfect! Room was cozy, warm and perfect! Staff was helpful, friendly, sweet and polite! They give extra care for the stay of their guest and a person can experience genuine Bosnian hospitality 10/10!

You must be prepared to expect some street noise in your room as the hotel is situated right next to the shopping street.

The hotel is conveniently located near the historic city centre. Shopping and dining are easily accessible. Highly recommended for a short stay in Sarajevo.

It was a little difficult to unpack two large bags in the small room. But we made it work.

The room was exceptionally clean and had a comfortable, large bed. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the center of the old town. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

Excellent location: at the edge of the bustling old town but quiet inside. Staff were immediately welcoming (shout-out to Sara). Good quality breakfast with coffee machine. Well appointed room and bathroom. Very comfortable.

Location was right in the food areas of Old Town, and a short drive from the train and bus stations. While it is in the pedestrian-only area, it is possible to be dropped off quite close to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with arranging a shuttle to the airport. Facilities were all functional, there was plenty of room for the two of us, and the beds were very comfortable

Not sure that the blackout curtains were that efficient. Would have been better to have blinds!

The reception staff were wonderful. Carried our bag up 2 flights of stairs when we arrived and were really helpful in liaising with our taxi to the airport. Loved the coffee and fruit and biscuits. Great shower.

The building is historic and protected so there is a limit to what type of facility it can offer. Space is scarce, our room (no1) was very tiny, large luggage would not fit at all and bathroom also extremely small. We could hear everything from the corridor /lobby but despite the hotel being full, it is only 8 rooms and did not feel busy so no noised bothered us too much.

Ahmed at reception was the star of our stay. We booked very late, called, and he came out to meet us in our car and advised about the available parking options. Since Sarajevo is not the safest for street parking, we opted for a secure underground garage across the bridge. We were lucky to just fit in with our 2.5m tall car. It is very expensive though, 25EUR/day, but worth the peace of mind. Ahmed then took great care of us for the rest of our stay, recommended places to eat and we had a great conversation with him and another guest about Bosnia and its sad history and current situation. The hotel is conveniently located on the edge of the pedestrian old town, everything is very close and available. It is a very touristy area though. The wifi internet was available in the room and also breakfast lobby (ideal if you need to do some laptop work during the day). The speed was not enough for video calls but ok for voice calls and browsing. There is 4G coverage though so we used that for video calls.

Superb location, right in the heart of the city and old town with shops, bars and restaurants right outside. Car park nearby not associated with the hotel (bonkers expensive like everywhere in Sarajevo). Really spacious, bright clean rooms, lovely staff, tasty local continental-style breakfast - loved our brief stay and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely little hotel in the old part of the city. Very very clean and comfortable Breakfast was a buffet with a variety of delicious items like eggs, cold cuts, cheese, coffee/tea and juices. The staff - Amelia, Edena and Ahmad were so lovely and thoughtful. They went above and beyond and had the best recommendations. Complimentary biscuits and tea/coffee/water at reception
