Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything was excellent!
Excellent location in the heart of the historic area, surrounded by restaurants and tourist sights, all at a very reasonable price. All staff delightful, helpful, warm and welcoming. My room had everything I needed, was very clean and quiet, probably a bit small by US standards, but more than adequate and comfortable. Their lobby kitchen is always stocked with fruit, coffee and tea for guests. Breakfast was very good and available to accommodate guests. I was very pleased with my 4 night stay and felt the price was spot on for all the services.

This hotel is in an ideal location for Sarajevo: the property is at the top end of the main street of the old town, and also very handily located for sights such as the Latin Bridge, the Cable Car station, etc. It makes it very straightforward to come and go during the day. Rooms are situated at the back, so are quiet. Bed was extremely comfortable; well-appointed bathroom. Staff are excellent and all speak fluent English as well as other languages. Can readily arrange/advise on tours, transport, etc. Breakfast is delicious and copious. Bosnian coffee can be made to order! Fast and reliable WiFi.

This cozy boutique hotel is in the very heart of city. The receptionist (a very smart young man who I congratulate the management for hiring) was impeccable. He helped us with finding parking close to the hotel, helped us with our luggage and walked us through what today's Sarajevo is all about. Fairly diverse breakfast for a 3 star hotel. All in all, I really recommend staying here.

Location of the hotel is great as it is located in the old part of the downtown. Great selection of food choices just outside of the hotel. Hotel is located in pedestrian zone but there are several choices of parking in walking distance. Staff is very helpfull and they are making sure that you enjoy your stay in their hotel and Sarajevo in general.

Parking is a problem in Sarajevo, but the staff were extremely helpful in finding us a spot.
Friendly and helpful staff, amazing and central location. Rooms a modern and a safe haven from the bustle of the bascarsija. We were there for the festival and loved the convenience. Will be back for sure!

The breakfast had little options for Vegetarians or Vegans.
The interior design of the hotel is a successful mixture of orient and occident, preservation of the old building and modern design. the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. All day long it is possible to make tea or coffee in the lobby. Fruits, juices and water are also available around the clock free of charge. The location of the hotel is just perfect if you want to explore Sarajevo from inside the old town.

I liked everything, but just a couple of improvement suggestions 1) please clarify in your welcome email that it is not possible to drive in front of the hotel - Google Maps led down a super narrow road and it was tricky to turn away from there 2) our shower drain was completely clogged (we fixed that and proceeded with showering), it would be good to routinely check this does not happen
Small boutique hotel in old town Sarajevo (perfect location to explore the city) - rooms are modern and very clean, staff is helpful and breakfast is adequate. If you arrive by car, the hotel suggests a number of parking options nearby. Credit cards are accepted for payment and AC is available in the rooms. I would surely stay here again and would recommend this to friends.

the location in the middle of the old town is perfect, but still calm. the room was big and spacious, with seating and hanging for clothing. the staff is lovely, we especially appreciated the kind help with parking.

Because we were coming 8 persons, I didn’t expect the hotel rooms to be so small and stuffed, but all in all that’s the only con thing
it was really close to the city, so I could easily get out and return when I want. the staff were really nice and precise when explaining things. The hotel itself is also very clean so we were satisfied with that.

A very pleasant place to stay. The location, hygiene, very open rooms, airconditioning, and most of all the staff was very nice!! The location is right in the center of Bascarsjia. Everything you need is around the hotel.

Honestly, I don't have a bad word to say about this hotel.
Cute little hotel, with lovely modern, whitewashed rooms. The property is in an excellent location at the far end of the old town, so still quiet. Breakfast is ample and water, tea, coffee, and fruit stay out all day, which is a nice touch. The staff were also great, so friendly and helpful.

The parking is a little complicated. Would be better to explain to guests before where the parking is located. We had to pay 3 Euro to park the car for some minutes to finish check in until somebody from reception could accompany us to the parking, which then also is not free of charge, so it really added up
