Generally,it was a disappointment, comparing with pictures on Booking.com. The room furniture is old and need to be replaced, the walls are with moisture and mould, the bathroom was not cleaned properly and could see traces of previous guests. Too noisy,because 2 coffee shops are next to it, working till early morning hours.

Next to the hotel, incredibly loud music is being played, and it feels like you’re practically sleeping on the dance floor. The rooms were simply uninhabitable.

The name of the hotel doesn’t appear in google maps nor is it even clearly displayed on the building which makes it hard to locate. The room was very claustrophobic with no windows to the outside which made it quite dull. The room we got had an interconnected do to a store room accessed by a public corridor . The door wasn’t even locked and couldn’t be locked from inside our room. I had to lock the interconnecting door from the storeroom for our privacy. The staff should take care of here things and at least mention this to the guests.

The bed was very creaky , the hotel is surrounded by bars which were noisy until late, aircon was not very efficient.

It is in the old town and the restaurant downstairs is very good. Staff were friendly.

The room has two double beds, side by side. There is only one window. There is not much space for a family of 4. There is noise from the street and from the cleaning service in the morning, as there is a closed inside door on the room which probably leads to a warehouse. No fridge on the room.

In the heart of the old down, it has traditional character and a lovely restaurant. There is parking space. Staff is helpful. It is ok for an overnight stay or for a longer in case there is room with balcony.

It was a bit loud in the evening but nothing wild. It is located in a street full of restaurants and bars.

The location was excellent, in the middle of the old town. The breakfast was fantastic.

The quadruple room is very small for four people, and the window is small as well. The bathroom was extremely smelly (mold and sewage?) and we had no hot water.

The building is very beautiful and perfectly located. Breakfast is abundant.

We stayed here in the beginning of November, and even though it was quite warm the first few days, last night it cooled down and it was cold to stay in the apartment with no heating/air conditioning working. The staff are all waiters from the restaurant, no one in charge solely for the apartments so they could not help us - we called the owner, he tried to guide us, but it seemed the air conditioning simply did not work - which is kind of unprofessional not to have been checked in the beginning of November. The owner also tried to charge us parking additionally to the price which we booked here on Booking - no one told us the parking is not included (and we did not even use their parking every night - during the day we were out of the town, and for two nights we parked on our own, outside the marked parking space). In the end we did not pay for it, but still we found it a bit rude, especially after the heating problem. Rooms are nicely decorated and cozy, but linen and towels are a bit worn and don't seem that comfortable or clean.

The location is exceptional, right in the heart of the old city, walkable distance to anything you need. The view and surroundings is beautiful! Breakfast portions were quite large and very tasteful, though a bit unimaginative and plain, but still very well prepared

Night noise outside the window, also we heard the neighbors walking in the hallway. Very creaky bed, so it’s unbearable to sleep, waking up from every creak. One blanket. Low light. We brought some of our things into the car before breakfast, leaving the phone on charge and teeth brushes in the room, hoping to come and brush our teeth after breakfast. But while we were having breakfast, a nice woman brought us our brushes with a phone in a bag. We had not yet returned the room keys to them by that time. It was 9:45. And it was very unpleasant that someone came into your room and touched personal belongings without your knowledge! If we ever return to this city, we will definitely not consider this hotel.

Unkind and unprofessional staff, negative energy, old bread for early breakfast. Particularly annoying: both nights there was very loud music right under our poorly isolated windows, making it effectively impossible to sleep.

Being in the center of town, it was very loud, and the room was tiny. Cleaning staff did a good job cleaning, but the bed, room, and linens are all worn out, so it didn't feel clean or comfortable. I also question how well it is managed- the employees seem unhappy and overworked.

The location can't be beat if you want to be in the center of town. I also liked having the parking place in the center of town and having breakfast included.

The room was noisy, the window shutters rattled in the wind, the sounds from the next room were really distracting. The barhroom had an unpleasant smell and there was absolutely no cleaning or changing of towels during the three days we spent there.

The room was a bit plan but had a balcony towards the street. You had to unlock a main door before reaching your room door. Both the room and main door also required key from the inside, which was bit uncomfortable ... for the case of a fire. Main door handle needs fixing asap.

RAS Hotel is located in the old city center of Trebinje. A center that is quite small but full of history and located beautifully by the river. The hotel has charm and blends well into the environment. The room was clean and neat and the bathroom was clean and worked well. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was plentiful and included in the price.

The room was completely tiny. The walls were a bit dirty. The walls are made of paper (we were woken up by people making love in the next room).

The hotel is in the center of the town (which is nice, but no more di fee hours or 1 night), we had good breakfast. And there was the parking just outside of the city wall.

Micro size of the room. Once luggage touched the ground, no place to walk. No shelves to unpack. Despite some kindness, no English speaking staff to hasten with assistance, other than handing out the keys and leading to a room. No reasonable parking option for transiting travelers.

In-out, quick layover type of accommodation. Sits directly in the heart of an old town, which consequently threatens with abundant noise. After 2300hrs it however quieted down. No issues to catch few hours of sleep. Breakfast served 'A la carte' was rather acceptable - early bite helped. Despite some architectural charm, would probably not consider returning. Pricing was ok.
