No kettle in the room, so couldn't have a tea/coffee, but hardly an issue, as we weren't there that long!

Impressively refurbished hotel, right in the heart of Sarajevo, a short walk (9 minutes) from where you can get dropped off by the airport bus (the 200E service), and is then about 15 minutes walk to the heart of the old town. We were given a number to call to collect some keys, but couldn't connect (think it was my SIM), so went in through a restaurant/cafe area to a reception desk at the back, where we were checked in by a friendly member of staff, who spoke great English. The rooms are then through a door to the toilets and up the stairs, and had a side entrance for when the restaurant closed at 9pm, so access was great. Room was spacious, and warm, and looked recently refurbed. Breakfast was made-to-order, so we went for coffee and omelettes both mornings, and they were delicious!

My personal observation- I found the bed to be extremely hard thus uncomfortable to me. My partner didn’t have the same experience. Also, this hotel should have credit card capabilities!!

The location of this property to Old Town Sarajevo and our scheduled tour was good!

Check in till 21:00, checkout till 11:00, and breakfast 09:00-10:00 were too tight, but the staff were cooperative

The staff were very friendly and helpful we had a mistake with the booking but they still managed to accommodate us .They made up for the change in room by giving us a meal on the house which went above and beyond.The breakfast was excellent and the staff gave us lots of information on what sites to visit .Would definitely recommend it Would love to visit again . Location is great only a short walk to the old city and very central

It is normal for people to smoke in cafes and restaurants in Sarajevo, we were located on the first floor and there was a constant smell of cigarette in our room, most likely coming from the cafe downstairs.

Apartment location is very good, close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Old town is a 5-10 minute walk, located in a bustling part of Sarajevo. Apartment is on top of a cafe/restaurant so easy to find. Breakfast at the cafe was some of the best I had in Sarajevo. Good location with plenty to do and easy to get a taxi etc.

Our room was facing the road and the traffic was quite noisy in times.

Nothing particularly bothersome, but there were some issues with the hot water supply and pressure. The sound insulation of the front door could be better.

New rooms in the city center. Well-equipped and clean. Restaurant on the ground floor, friendly hosts.

Newly renovated hotel in a fantastic location—everything in the city was just a short walk away. The room was comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend for a cozy and convenient city stay!

This is an apart hotel. Breakfast was not available until after 09.00 in the morning. No staff were available after 18.00 in the evening. Access after this time was via a back door which you needed your room key. This was not explained.

Never stay here again and avoid at all costs! We were locked out of the hotel at night the key card didn't open the back door. Locked out the night before our departure flight in -5 degrees weather! Locked out for over 2 hours and the property offers a measley £10 compensation. Never again! Booking.com were useless and so was the hotel owner. Only through the help of a local lady did we get in touch with the owner and he arranged for someone to meet at the property and the door was opened. The lady who worked in a restaurant nearby told me that we weren't the first to experience being locked out of the hotel, she has seen many guests experience this. I am surprised no one has left reviews in regards to this.
