I don‘t like the carpet on the floor, I would have preferred linoleum or wood. This is a personal opinion. I couldn‘t open the window for more fresh air during the night.

Modern bathroom, size of the room is good,very silent hotel. Nice to have a small „shop“ with food & drinks in the lobby.

stayed for 6 days. I didn't enjoy my sleep as much as I would like, as the pillows were way too soft. It was like resting your head onto... air (I have a back problem and I need at least medium pillows to feel comfortable . Would have been nice to have the option for something a bit thicker. I asked but was told these were the only ones they have at the hotel). On breakfast, it would have been nice to have yogurt (there was only cottage cheese).

The kitchen counter was very small.

The European area is a great option if you want to stay nearby, but not in the most touristic area. The room has the correct size for an individual. The cooking utensils were all right.

The electric outets are poorly positioned, so it was hard to find solutions to recharge phones (especially for shorter cables, which gets even harder if you're not from Europe and using an international adapter) or to use the hairdryer. (no outlets in the bathroom). Bed was not the most comfortable, and the mattress kept moving all night.

Staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect, at walking distance from several museums including Magritte and the European Parliament museum. There's no room service so you're responsible for your own trash, but it's no big deal. Kitchen was small but well equipped. Wifi worked perfectly.

The room was carpeted and the furnishings could use an update. However, the space was clean and seemed to have all the amenities of a small apartment.

Location is about 15 min walk from the train station and main attractions, and a 4 min walk to the bus stop for the bus that takes you to/from the airport. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. Love the 'take a book/leave a book' idea but perhaps this could be moved from within the rooms to the lounge area so that people have access to more books.

There was no cleaning service on a daily basis. Very slow Wifi/Internet connection speed.

Bed was a bit too small for comfort of 2 people. The neighborhood can be quite noisy, so earplugs for a good sleep are advisable. Also if you are accustomed to a good hair dryer, you should take your own with you. The ones at the hotel aren't good.

Nice small kitchenette with pots and pans. Good location with several public transport stops nearby, also central station is ca 10 min walking distance.

The booking was misleading. They only specifically communicate by email that they cannot guarantee twin beds or a double bed until after the booking is complete. They should not do this if the booking is not refundable. If the beds are not available, there should be the possibility of canceling the booking. There was a kitchenette in the room. However, unlike in some other hotels with kitchenettes where I have stayed in the past, there were no amenities like kitchen towels, paper towels, napkins, sugar for coffee, coffee, tea. It is better when the hotel provides these because often they are only sold in supermarkets in large quantities than one cannot finish during a 2-3 day stay. I ended up using some of the bathroom towels in the kitchen and toilet paper from the bathroom for napkins.

The hotel and bed were comfortable. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the center. The kitchenette made it possible to dine in the room, and many plates and pots were provided.

The staff are extremely helpful, a good team, willing to go the extra mile for guests. The Aparthotel is very quiet - no noise from the street except soft rustling of tires on the cobblestone road, easily confusable with the sound of rain.

Excellent location - easy reachable by public transport, good connection to Airport. Homelike, comfortable, wide and silent room. Possibility to do cooking, equipped with necessary kitchen-wares , teapot and dishes. Very kind staff.

The washing machine at the basement laundromat had no detergent despite what the instructions said. It’s a third-party facility. Despite the hotel staff said they’d asked the vendor to fix it. It was not fixed after a week. Each time you had to wait until the washing ended to find out or know for sure there was no detergent. Then you had to buy your own detergent and do it again. It was a huge waste of time especially when you are on a busy work trip.
