United KingdomA soon as we arrived and settled on our room, We felt a bad smell like mould and a closed place. The air conditioning system was in russian, and the receptionist couldn’t change that, but with patience She explained how it works. The bed is small, but ok. The cutlery was dirty. When my wife was taking a shower, in less than 5 minutes the hot water stopped. She kept in the cold water to have a shower. I asked for a new room with hot water. We were moved to another room after I insist, because the receptionist said they were full. Also, He said if I want to change the room, I need to bring the hotel carrycot for my baby by my self. So, we moved to another room, with the hot water, but I was unable to carry the carrycot. So, my wife, my daughter and I need to sleep in the same bed. My wife got sick because the cold shower, and everyone had a terrible night of sleep as the bed is not large for 3. It was totally disrespectful with us. I claim in my checkout, and nobody came to me to give me some explanation or compensation for all the inconvenience.

CanadaI asked for a room with twin beds on Booking.com, but was given a room with a Queen bed and told my preference was not available. The receptionist explained that the Booking.com selection mentioned "subject to availability" but this is nonsense, of course - if the option is not available, it should not be possible to reserve it. A second, separate issue is that the shower drain was backed up.

IrelandAC. Or complete lack of. Booked in for 5 nights, 35°+ during the day, and still uncomfortably warm at night - and the AC in the room didn't work. Staff said it was an issue in all rooms (reception was always nicely cooled!), and would be fixed by the following Wednesday, ironically the day we were checking out. Staff offered complimentary breakfast each morning as way of apology, but that did not compensate for continual poor night's sleep. Said breakfast wasn't great; there was no hot food there one morning, and the eyes in general were rubbery. The complementary WiFi was not working one day. Towels. We were not told on check-in towels would not be changed during our stay, and staff informed us that it was €1.50 each for every subsequent fresh towel requested.
Location was ok, within walking distance of Grand Place - with a nice park nearby.

CanadaTravellers with baggage may want to consider a taxi to the hotel from the train station. The distance between the two is not far, and it is a wonderful walk through the park. However, when travelling with baggage, there are a lot of steps to climb along the most direct route (no ramps or lifts) making it challenging. The nearest route without steps adds about 15 - 20 min to the walk.
Great room and the staff was very helpful and super nice. Breakfast buffet was great and had good variety. The location is great - major sites and transportation are easy to access within a reasonable distance.

EstoniaOverall everything was fine, but the check-in was very late, at 3 pm and we were told we had to pay extra to get an earlier check-in. But when we had to do a vheck-out they were sure to let us know we had to do it by 11 am. And that they can hold our luggage if need be. Also, we paid for two breakfasts for one person by accident, so we needed to buy another just because it was bought for one person. They would not change it so that the two breakfasts would be for two people. Not very welcoming in my eyes.
The room was comfortable, even if the bed was a bit small. Everything was clean and the staff was pretty friendly, the breakfast was pretty good and abundant. A small kitchen in the room came in handy. The location was excellent, a short distance from the old town and the Brussels Park.

Excellent location in a safe neighborhood close to train stations, metros, and within walking distance of the old town. The room was very quiet despite being near a busy street. Excellent and affordable breakfast. Lovely staff. Even good water pressure in the shower! Highly recommended.

Singapore(1) Be professional to handle your customers well if you wish to build your aparthotel branding and reputation. Word of mouth spreads either good and bad service after staycation is over. (2) Please have a safe deposit box in each room. I was shock there was none. I wouldn't have book this accommodation if knowing there is no safe deposit box. (3) All fixtures & fittings in the room should be in good working condition (eg bathroom basin push close button, fridge compartments, extra blankets should be kept in the closet in case of emergency).
Absolutely horrible experience. We stayed 3 nights (Fri, 27 May to Mon, 30 May 2022). Weather was unexpectedly cold these 3 days due to rain especially late at nights. (1) On Fri 27 May, upon entry to our room, we called hotel receptionist to inform that the fridge had a missing bracket to hold tall drinks eg milk, etc. But was given reply that all rooms taken so nothing can be done. (2) On Sat, 29 May, called hotel receptionist around 2300hrs+ to inform my friend was bathing halfway through when the hot water shower suddenly turned cold & the water temperature could not be adjusted warm again but was given a reply to wait for half an hour to check on the water temperature again. Called back half hr later to inform water still cold but wasnt given any solution except to use another room 206 to shower in the morning if our room water still cold. (3) same night 29 May, the bathroom basin pop-up waste push open close button got stuck after pushing it down. Informed hotel reception but was given reply that no service staff on weekends to do repairs, hence no choice but to wait till Mon, 30 May for repairs. (4) same night 29 May, we were so disappointed that we feedback to booking.com for above Points 1 to 3 including the room was cold at nights due to cold weather & no effect to adjust the room thermosat as hotel receptionist claimed its centralized aircon system so nothing can be done & given us extra blankets instead. (5) On 29 May, we came back late at night and found bathroom basin pop-up waste push open close button was repaired and back to normal. However, to my horror, my expensive pair of adidas ultra boost sneaker shoes (dark purple color & size 38 cost S$300) were stolen & missing from the room. I have called the reception to check whom had entered our room but was given reply nobody entered except the hotel receptionist to repair the basin button but she didnt steal my shoes. So who actually entered my room & stole my shoes?

SpainThe zone is under huge renovation works (demolition of a building and at least three buildings being renovated in the area) so quite some noise starting as from 6:30 or so. Windows are Ok but impossible to stop those levels of noise.
Very well located and really comfortable bed. Very good rest during weekends. Ok kitchenette to prepare a tea or something really basic.
