Breakfast limited although they did have alternative milk eg soya. Didn’t have alternative to butter or any jams for toast or croissants.

Location was within walking distance of the city centre and Carrefour supermarket. Ate in the restaurant each night. Parking was available in the underground car park. Bedroom comfortable .

Polite and supportive staff at the reception and breakfast. Room spacious, and nice bathroom (also the color!). I didn’t like the bed, which could be stored away, and due to this, was less comfortable. Small gym but has all the essentials you need. Great hotel!

The rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. There isn’t too much noise and the location is good for getting to most of the points of interest in Gent, plus Dampoort station is on your doorstep. The staff were friendly and welcoming, check in and out was no hassle. We were travelling with bikes and there was secure bike storage, but it might be worth bringing locks to be extra sure.

It was the perfect little spot for our stay in Ghent. The neighbourhood was quite, the room had the perfect size and cleanliness. We really enjoyed our stay in Adagio Access Gent Centrum Dampoort.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was very modern and comfortable, check in/out was easy, luggage storage was available, and the location was easily walkable to the train and main centre.

I think that the locker room was little bit hiding but still i think it was nice that it was there!:)

Well decoration was beautiful and the curtains were dark enough! And it was nice that the kitchen was full of needed dishes and stuff :)

Nothing really.

The self catering room was a perfect solution for us as it gave us extra flexibility regarding meals. However, they serve great food in the hotel restaurant. Really quiet room even though the hotel was quite busy. Very comfy beds. Also, it was handy to have a train station (or a train stop rather) and a bus station just 3 min away on feet and a bakery and a supermarket. The staff were very helpful and promptly answered all our questions and requests. Keep it up!

The thing that extracts the smoke from making food out of the apartment is broken, barley works and it's also very noisy... Also the bathroom had no ventilation.

The architecture of Ghent is amazing, all the gothic buildings and also the Amelie Lens B2B Charlotte De Witte rave was the best.

Friendly staff. great location. rooms were perfect, lil kitchen had everything, coffee machine aswel. Beds were comfortable. Smart tv and aircon a bonus. Shower was unreal. Gym aswel had all the main gear. Definitely would stay here again. 10/10

Cosy atmospbere, clean facilities, friendly staff. There is railway station in vicinity with frequent connections to the central railway station. Also, there is bus station for the public transport near the hotel.

The only minus was that the room was very small with a bunk bed that came from the wall, but that's no problem.

Everything was very good, the hotel, the breakfast , the gym area, the room. Very clean. The guys that work there are very polite.
