The view from the window was inside the "small-block". There was no desk to work at in the room (I expect it would be possible to take my notebook to the dining room, as it is opened throughout the day).

Great location especially compared to price. The house interior is stylish, nice to be there. The room is big enough, heating works, warm water too :) I was alone there, so everything was more like self service (i.e. "take the breakfast from the fridge" :) ). Breakfast was simple, but ready for me every morning. Host was very kind lady, speaking French only (ok for me :) ).

Everything was perfect except the mattress which needs to be replaced immediately.

It's actually a B&B right in the central highstreet of Brussels. Luckily it was soundproof which we appreciated very much. The hostess was very welcoming and explained everything upon arrival. Clean, modern and tidy. The location was very good if you have limited time in the city and want to be at the heart of it all. Also very near public transportation. The breakfast was self service with portions dedicated to each room. Overall very cozy, warm and beautiful interior, very quiet although very central.

Recommend breakfast to be plated for each room. Our first morning for breakfast, another couple had taken and placed all the cheese, meats and juice on their table.

The location was great for us to explore Brussels. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Tea and coffee was available when needed. A nice touch for the guests.

I booked this place as a present for my niece who just got married. The owners of "All in One" prepared a welcome present and a handwritten letter with their best wishes. This place is just so "human" and warm kept by a 3 generation family, 3 extraordinary women with a great story. I would really recommend this place for anybody wanting to visit Brussels. Furthermore, 'All in One' it is at 150m walk from the very center of Brussels. So, wanting to visit Brussels, book your stay at 'All in One'!

Would have been nice to have tea and coffee in the room rather than having to go downstairs. The towels were either new or had fabric softener, definitely didn't dry you! Lots of mosquitoes which we didn't expect. The B & B was in the shopping area which although it wasnt noisy had a run down feel to it. Glad I wasn't staying on my own. Not suitable if you have difficulty with stairs

The B & B was lovely and quiet. Breakfast was good and well laid out. Close to the metro which was handy. The owner was lovely, didn't speak much English but Google translate came in handy. Only a 15/20 minute walk to the center which is beautiful but very busy!

It was just as described. They property is just a few minutes from the city centre. It was neat. It met our expectations and the breakfast was good. It’s close it the mall and there was a lot of restaurants around. I highly recommend. The host was very friendly and pleasant. I would stay there again and again anytime I find myself in Brussels.
