Felt like home, the kind of house I dream to live in the area. Very nice, big and luminous room with balcony, quiet and relaxing, comfortable bed and liked the wooden floors. The owner makes sure that you have everything you need, very discreet and prompt in the same time. I felt wonderful in the house, very nice atmosphere!

A very pretty place in a lovely quiet street and neighborhood not far from the center of Brussels (easily reachable by public transportation or even a relaxed walk). Everything in the building shows the care of the owner, who was also very helpful giving directions for reaching the place and totally flexible with check-in and check-out hours as I needed. Supplies and amenities cover every need. Written communication is preferred.

The staff was very kind and friendly. The location was good, close to public transport stations and in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. All in all, I would definitely recommend this accommodation!

That our accommodation was on the top floor. I have a problem with mobility and struggled to get to our room. Also the kettle had a broken spout. I also need to mention that the coffee granules were stale and that there wasn't any milk.

The location was very good with nearby restaurants and a park. The area was safe and clean. The building facade was beautiful. The accommodation was very clean and the bathroom and toilets spotless.

Information is on the thin side. I only found the WiFi by accident. And there could be some local info on e.g. where to find transport.

A very pleasant stay in a characterful guesthouse, which feels like a real house and has regular users - always a good sign. No TV in the room (hooray!) and a shared bathroom - no problem. There is public transport nearby, e.g. a bus 63 from Abiorix Sq goes to Centraal Station. One of the few places I've stayed in Europe recently to provide a kettle in the room and free access to a coffee machine downstairs. Friendly, chatty people.

The host didn’t have us time to breath and she was already demanding money for the dog. Once we told her to give us few minutes it’s she said few words in her language. She charge 20 euro for night for the dog but NOTHING was provided for the dog. No bowls, no bed. Sorry but this is getting ridiculous. It is upsetting to pay for a service but literally nothing in return. We have been in lots of hotel with our dogs and we encounter the same behaviour. I think it is time to start to pretend something if you pay for a service.

No lift but it was not a big problem for us, it could be for elderly people though.

Beautiful historic house in a quiet residential area. The room was located on the second floor. The bathroom (beautiful and spacious) is shared, however, the tenants from the neighbouring room checked out on the next day after we arrived, and we had the bathroom and the toilet for ourselves as no new tenants checked in :) Very comfy, homey atmosphere. On the first day we went on foot back there from the centre, later we took a bus as it's quite a walk uphill / tiring after all day's sightseeing.

The only downside according to us was that we had to share a bathroom with another room. Looking back it was not a problem at all; we had just not been aware.

The residence is very beautiful. It feels like a home as it is cozy (decorated with an eye for detail) and clean. The house is not big like a hotel so it is quite peaceful to stay there. The bed slept nicely and the host is very welcoming and sweet! She responds very quickly and it is easy to ask questions and negotiate. Overall, a very good experience.

It was just 15min walk away from the European Parliament. I liked the quiet neighborhood. The bathroom was shared, but I did not find that to be a problem. The hallway was smelling really nice and the hostess was super friendly.

Although the owner kindly allows guests to use the coffee machine and fridge, the kitchen is otherwise private and no breakfast was offered on the days we stayed. We didn't mind as we planned to go out for breakfast anyway, but another time we might appreciate being able to make and eat a simple breakfast here.

Very beautiful, recently renovated and stylish house in a quiet street very conveniently located for the European quarter. Friendly owner and only a few rooms/guests, feels very homely. Shared facilities are clean and right next to the room (we especially appreciated the bath), and the room is spacious, comfortable, with tea/coffee making facilities and a large walk-in wardrobe. It was just what we needed and we very much enjoyed our stay.
