Dirty sheets, no sound isolation from the discos that are above the hostel, you can't sleep at all, even if you pay more to have more privacy in a 6 person room you will still share the only wc with huge groups and that means broken sinks, dirty sinks all the time. This all makes sense when you talk with the "manager", the lack of customer service, and communication. He was rude and unprofessional admitting these faults are characteristic of the hostel saying "if you read the Google reviews and are bad, it's your fault that you booked" Stay away

They don't give towels when you arrive. I think that if you ask they give but I couldn't reach the reception hours.

The breakfast area was great, the staff were so kind and helpful especially Manuel! The location in the grote market is perfect You can see the cathedral from the rooms.

I do not award the hostel with 10 points because near my bed there was neither a socket nor a bed lamp.

The hostel location was great, just right in the downtown, which means many tourist places close to it. Besides, the hostel staff was really kind. Breakfast was incredibly generous and delicious. At night, the atmosphere in the hostel sorroundings is so alive. However, noise was not an issue inside the hostel.

The property is in the city. It’s close to a lot of things.

Room was large but not alot of space to keep big luggage.

Location is great in the center of Antwerp and 10 minutes from all the shopping and a few minutes from the christmas markets and all the historical Places. Room was good and large. Breakfast was good and simple and also there was a kitchen so you can do whatever you need or want. Also great break area with games for groups.

I was, literally, pushed out from the hotel on 24, September with a stupid explanation . Perhaps the guy was”high”, but still I want to have a checkout with the explanation of this event and if the blockage of my money. Whatever are so nice hostels in Antwerp , don’t take chance to stay in this location

They have only one floor with showers 😂 . Very funny to go up and down on the stairs to take a shower

it looked like the rooms hadn’t been cleaned anytime soon, I had to ask to switch rooms because the first one that I was put in was just disgusting. the mattresses aren’t comfortable either

The checkout bill is an obligation of any hostel and I still wait it, mainly after the Reception guy (presenting himself as “manager”) oblige me to leave the place at 9 PM, in a raining cold night and refused to return my money for the remaining three nights as an “amend”. I should call the Police and the financial inspection authority, but it’s not my job to ask for their inspection, the owner should make it .

I stayed in at least 30 hostels and never lived a situation like this before. The recepcionist was really violent, the reason? Because i was '10 minutes late to do the check out. He has serious metal issues, i'm going to make police report for gender violencia, i was too afraid he was going yo atack me phisically.

I had to leave early, so I couldn't have breakfast even when it is in the price. I reserved the 8 beds room and it was another, with more people... on telephone not so good understandable, no good dutch...

Nothing to declare :) Just some annoying roomates sharing my room and speaking too loud at 2am, they need to grow up and behave. But that's not hostel's fault.

The location (next to the historical old town), the staff (kind and they allowed me to leave my backpack for some hours) the free breakfast in the morning.
