Great place to sleep in the center of Antwerp, right in the bottom of the cathedral. Comfortable, calm, safe doors and lockers available, great decoration and flexible options.

- The hostel was too dirty. I even found a stuck gun on the bed frame. - no toilet paper in the toilets. - 4 out of 6 sinks in the showers did not work, so we needed to wait on the queue to wash our hands or brush our teeth. - the reception opened 1 hour later than mentioned and nobody was answering on the phone. - Not recommended for people who are sensitive to the noise, as you hear the church bell every 15 minutes.

Ok, if the metro can be used, info how allso from the central station. The Hostel red sign is big high up. First disnt realize ir, was raining and dark. . I had to look for the outside door. Small sign is not so visible from the markt.. I did not see any sign for the toilet, early morning before 6. Room 5, door, makes bad noise when locked.. technik ok ? Else ok, late in early out. Did not use facilities, just dusch & toilet, clean and ok. 24hrs open = great !!

the showers. they were awful. throughout my stay i couldn't have a good shower because of how unpractical they were. also, they were dirty, and there was hair everywhere so i didn't feel clean at all. if you're tall then you're out of luck considering your feet are going to hang from the bed. the bathroom doors were constantly open, plus the bathroom is right by the elevators, so every time we passed there, we could see men using the bathroom with open doors, which made my friend and me - two young girls, really uncomfortable. the breakfast didn't have many options, but it was decent. the beds were also squeaky, and they felt a bit unstable.

i really liked the common area in the basement, and the location was fantastic. the ventilation in the room was good, considering we could open the windows at any time.

Some of the bunks didn’t even have a ladder, they weren’t stable at all. The beds creeked with every turn and forget trying to pull yourself up to the top bunk if the below is empty it nearly pulls over. There was no privacy curtain on any bunks which should really be offered in mixed dorms. There’s not much space to put your belongings the bunks are practically back to back and you can have 4 people in such a small space and with no privacy you need to be conscious of how your sleeping and ensure your covered. Toilets were very smelly Location is very loud on an evening but we didn’t mind

The staff sent me the messages about arrival time. I felt politeness when I arrived at hostel. I can use all facilities comfortably. There is a hostel near the famous places in Antwerp, so it's so convenient for us to visit some places efficiently.

The bedsheet was with holes, some of duvets and pillows were quite old and some of them broken.

The location is amazing, right at Grand Place, staff was super nice. We could leave our backpacks before check in at the property, it was suer convenient.

- Only 1 toilet per floor. - Only 3 out of 7 sinks worked. - The staff behaviour unacceptable! There was no breakfast due to a power shortage and they didn’t offer a discount or a voucher to go somewhere else because they say they give breakfast 'for free'; but that’s not right because despite they say it’s “free” you’re paying for it when paying the whole price (as it works everywhere). We respectfully complained about it in the reception and the man there (called Exxo) literally insulted us in Italian (thinking we couldn’t understand). Then we came back for check-out and told him not to be disrespectful and the other man there directly insulted us in English- he literally said "Fu*k off". The staff is not professional at all, it's unacceptable to treat hosts like that (especially when they’re complaining without insulting at all). Despite this hostel is very cheap it's also very bad. If you can afford to pay a bit more then go somewhere else.

I only stayed there for 1 night, however, I loved the hostel. The breakfast is great and the bathroom’s design is so smart. You can lock your own shower whilst you’re there and it is not only “closed” by a shower curtain. The female bathroom can be opened by an electronic card which is also a plus.

Pretty much everything sucked. There was an excursion of teenagers who made so much noise. There were 6 sinks on my floor and only 2 worked. The showers are mouldy, cramped and have strange water pressure. The WiFi is unreliable in the rooms. There is lots of street noise at night from the club across the street and the bar next door. One toilet per floor - smelly. Check in is so late (4pm). Small rooms for 6 people + bags.

The location - literally would only stay here because it’s in the centre of town, cannot beat the location, super walkable to everything. Free breakfast. You can see the Grote Markt square outside you’re bedroom window and the cathedral spire outside the toilet window. Has a small locker and PowerPoint near bed. Free luggage storage (unsecured). Checkout 11:30.

Stay far from this hostel. Its a waste of money, the facilities are old and low maintenance there erre broken things. There are not enough plugs for everyone in the room to charge devices and the beds are close to each other . Water really hot from the shower. Thanks it was just one night. It was a hell. The online good thing was the staff.

Breakfast is okay but bread could be better quality. I don't expect the best bread, but maybe something else than sandwich. Location is very good and about the room: the bed base is noisy and I remembered it had happened the same in the previous time in the hostel so I put my mattress in the floor. Maybe some check of those bed bases would be good!

I liked very much how the hostel look like, decoration, distribution of the spaces. You can feel the good energy. Breakfast place is very nice, cozy, feeling like in the living room of your house. Location is very good, Grote Markt, in the heart of the city.

There only one toilet on each floor. Can get noisy at night. It was hard to put the bed sheet in, I needed help from other guest to put it in.

The location was central and nice, you can go to all the attraction on foot, alot of restaurant nearby. The bed was all on one sided so no eye-contact with other guest. The shower was clean. The staff was friendly and they provide locks when you need it.
