Getting to the garage was a major and super annoying hassle. Signs had faded out and were way to small in the first place and the road(s) to the garage was very confusing (obviously the city it too blame but the hotel should have compensated with much better signs). There were not charging docks in the garage, only outside but there was not signage again. On the way out, the beam was not working so we had to get out of the car, hit the call button and drive out to the entree road. Also, there was not lift to the check in area, very annoying when traveling with a heavy suitcase. All this really spoiled our all-over experience.

Generally the hotel was OK. Beds were good, bathroom small but good and with a great shower. Breakfast was a bit simple: to few cold cuts and no real, good, Belgium cheese. People at the desk were nice but in the morning there was only one person available for checking out.

The hotel is in the North of the city. There is a nice museum nearby. It takes you 10-15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the river bank. The trams in front of the hotel can take you to the main tourist attractions. The hotel offers various options for breakfast. You can make your own Waffles!

There should be a warning before booking about LEZ in Antwerp. I got told after spending £111 on a room. Then had to spend another £25 on parking and £70 on 2 days of LEZ charges I was only there 10 hours.

Breakfast was great. There were a variety of items to choose and the food was fresh. The room was clean and really loved it. Location is in a very clean and quiet area and the tram line is just infront of the Hotel which is very covenenient to get to the centre. The building itself is beautifully designed and love to look at it from a distance.

There were no refrigerator in the room, which is totally unacceptable for a hotel! The hair dryer didn't work. Yes! we have switched it on but it didn't work. The pillows were awful. We booked this hotel because the hotel was supposed to heve its own parking lot. But at the hotel, we were told that Prking is full. We had to park at the street. Please don't promis something you can't afford !

Beds were hard and pillows all very soft. Got back after a day out to find house keeping had not shut the door to room and anyone could have just pushed the door open and taken anything they wanted.

The hotel is near the road so it’s a bit noisy. And also there was a weird smell of cleaning stuff in the room.

Big and very comfortable room. It had everything we needed: nice shower, hairdryer, kettle with tea and coffee, lots of space. Breakfast was also great! there was even a possibility to prepare Belgium waffles for yourself 🥰 The location is also great! close to the railway station, city center.
