We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsWe stayed there for 3 nights; there are no refrigerators & coffee machines in the room but you can have free coffee in the lobby. Room was clean but small so if you like to stay most of your time in the room, I do not recommend it. Number of the parking spots are limited so you need a bit of luck to find a spot; however the charging for electric vehicle was very convenient. Breakfast was not good in my opinion & we only had it once & it does not worth the price.There are a couple of supermarkets near the location which is very good & handy.Staff were polite & helpful & also fast in responding.

GermanyThe hotel room was good but the bathroom was very small and the shower screen was too small, it meant the rest of the bathroom became very wet after just 1 use.
The front desk staff were helpful particularly due to the time of night we arrived (We arrived at just past midnight after a very long car journey). They helped with finding charging for our EV car (The hotel only had 2 chargers and they were in use).

FranceWhen we arrive we were given a room that was at the level of the street without any kind of intimacy other than a curtain. We were reluctant to keep the room and we asked to change the room to an upper level. The person in the frontdesk told us that nobody has complaint before about the position of this room, which I find odd. But I guess this is his job, what I did not like was his attitude as if he was upset because we requested this change. The hotel is located in a newly built area of Antwerp very solitary; we felt uneasy walking to the hotel at night.
What I liked the most about this place was the price. Given the exorbitant prices of Antwerp, the hotel has a good value for the money given how expensive Belgium has become. If the hotel was not placed in Belgium I would have given a lower grade.
