It was a lovely clean and spacious place to stay, only a five minute walk into the square with bars and restaurants and a few minutes more to that Menin gate. The accommodation was clean and breakfast was brought to the room in a basket in the morning, breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful with places to eat etc.

There was nothing not to like about the property.

The property was well located for access to Ieper centre. The property was well decorated and spotlessly clean. It was quiet and the wellness centre was a fantastic addition.

Our second visit to Wellness Yoake, we were recognised and warmly greeted on arrival. We stayed in a different room this time which was, again, beautifully furnished and comfortable. A substantial breakfast is served in the room. We return for our third stay next week, on our way home to the UK.

The wifi was a bit slow but that was all.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved the AC. The TV room was separate which was really nice and there were lots of channels.

2 of the rooms have very steep steps. Wasn’t a problem for us but request one of the rooms with less steps if this would bother you.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. It is in a quiet area but close to the town centre. There is free parking close by.

Visited Ypres many times, pity I didn’t find this place years ago. Very spacious, friendly hosts, great breakfast, central location and good value for money. Will be back soon

Everything, perfect location, quiet, easy parking and most importantly, the most welcoming and charming hostess you could wish to meet, Liesbet. Not forgetting Miguel, who we didn’t meet, but who produced a wonderful breakfast which was brought to our room at a time of our choice, well actually we decided to eat in the courtyard as the weather was beautiful.

Liked everything.

Fantastic location, 5 mim walk to the city centre, less than 10 min walk to Menin Gate. Brilliant host, extremely helpful and friendly. Would not hesitate to book again and will strongly recommend to my friends and family. Brilliant and Ypres is a beautiful city....Last Post at Menin Gate is a must.

Tenant was super friendly, and accomodating. Helped us figure out our itinerary in town, allowed our friends to come up and provided extra towel for their baby. Room was spacious and very comfy

The apartment was in the basement so had a limited street view, was difficult to open the window as the weight supplied couldn’t hold the window. The entrance looked onto a courtyard. It had a glass door and windows. We felt blinds were needed here, as it felt a bit exposed, especially as you had to pass by to get to the toilet. On the list of facilities for the the B&B it stated there was air conditioning but there wasn’t any and it was extremely warm, especially after a shower. The apartment had a smell of mustyness/damp about it.

Very warm welcome by the hosts. Excellent, plentiful and delicious breakfast. Very spacious apartment with an upmarket, boutique feel. The bedroom-bathroom- living space is all open plan, with a separate dining space near the entrance. Very comfortable bed. Great location and just a short walk into centre of Ypres, very quiet and peaceful area.
