Very nice big room, actually a small apartment with a separate setting area. Light, quiet, close to the centre (in easy walking distance), free parking nearby, good breakfast, very friendly host etc. All good. Exactly what we needed...

The property is situated in the heart of Ypres and within walking distance of the significant Menign Gate. it’s hosted by a lovely couple. Its clean and the breakfast was lovely, very happy with our stay :-)

The location is ideal to explore the city. Parking is possible close by. The room was very spacious and quiet. The breakfast in our room was fantastic. Our host gave us very good recommendations.

I hesitate to give a black mark, but only one. The towels need updating.

The location of the property is excellent for walking to the centre of town and to Menin Gate and also surrounding areas, including the Australian War Memorial and other war graves. We have stayed here before and so knew what to expect. Lisbett and Miguel did not disappoint. Miguel was very helpful with restaurant selection. Our room was large with comfortable bed and lounge area, dining room and shower. Our breakfast was delicious and large. We certainly didn’t leave hungry. Thank you Lisbett and Miguel, we shall return when able.

The hosts and the stay were perfect.

We found this property warm and very comfortable; the hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the bed and pillows comfortable, and the shower wonderful. The location of this property is a short walk from the train and bus stations. Nearby there are numerous shops including a supermarket, bakery, florist, barber and chemist. Tourist attractions and restaurants can be easily reached on foot and are located approximately ten minutes from the property. The WiFi speed was fast and reliable, and the hosts provided a map of the city and surrounding areas.

The deluxe room we had was beyond expectations, like a luxury apartment . Fantastic location less than ten mins to rail station one way and the same to the market place . Very quiet area . Hosts were very helpful and on hand if needed . Good quality coffee and tea available in room. Very comfortable bed and enormous shower! Breakfast brought to your room was delicious and plentiful! I can’t fault it , would highly recommend a stay here if you visit Ypres .
