The room was not specified as without a view on the website. The room window looked out on an air shaft and we were not informed about this while making reservation. Staff was nice, helpful. Location is good. Clean.

We accommodated there for just one night it is in front of the metro station so it was easy to arrive. Room was small for us it would be hard to stay longer. Although the hotel is 10-15 minutes away from the attractions, the neighborhood was a little bit worrying and at night there was too much noise coming from the street. Staff was really kind and helpful though. Thanks for everything.

The best feature is the location, since it is 8 minutes walking from the city center and main attractions. However, at night the area might get a bit dodgy, so I wouldn't recommend it for female solo travellers. The room was generally clean, but it was a bit hot and there was no AC. Also, there was a huge fly hovering around. My room was next to a inside-window, so it was a bit humid. The bathroom was clean enough. There is no living room area, only a couple of sofas next to the elevator. All in all, I would recommend it only for short stays.

Price is a little bit high. My single room had no closet so if you travel with few items is ok. Restroom is small

Friendly and helpfull staff, clean room and restroom, quiet place. Very good position to explore the city. Just two stops away in metro from Midi train station. Just in front of the metro station. Lots of low cost markets and minimarkets to buy stuff and drinks. Good for a solo traveller

The rooms are not very aesthetic. The room I had was quite depressingly decorated: brown bed cover, brown floor, light brown/beige wall. I admit it is a budget hotel but paint colours are all the same price The rooms can be noisy even though this hotel appeared in my search with 'soundproof'. You could hear an exhaust fan from the other bathrooms or kitchen which was quite high pitch. Thankfully it stopped at night. You can also hear the other rooms' occupants.

The location is really good. There are many nice cafes nearby to have breakfast in. Walking distance from the touristic centre but still a less busy location The reception staff are really nice and friendly. They were always happy to help and chatty

The neighbourhood is in flux with lots going on and lots of construction. So very noisy and had to leave windows open as there’s no air con. Room quite small but manageable. Shower a bit difficult with water spraying everywhere

Very nice staff in a cute old hotel, nicely renovated, and reasonably priced in a convenient location close to the “hipper” end of central Brussels. Easy to walk to either South or Central train stations. Lots of restaurants nearby

Bit worn down room, which was funny placed 'inbetween' floors (hard to find at start lol). Very low entry with a small stairs to the bathroom (banged me head :)) Area a bit dodgy I would say.

The noise made by other guests on the hallway. The breakfast was minimal: a croissant, a mini baguette, jam, butter, coffee and juice.

I loved the location. It is very closed from Grande Place and the Central Station.

The bed was a little short. I'm 1.74 and could barely fit. The price per night was rather high for what the hotel offers but in fairness it seems to be better than the average for central Bruxelles.

This is a good little hotel in a strategic position between the Midi station and the Grand Place, about 10-15 minutes on foot from each. The location is ok with lots of eating facilites around but certainly not as posh as the old town a few minutes down the road. Hotel staff was nice and friendly from the start, the room was ok for a single traveller with a good-sized bathroom and shower and was cleaned every day. The furniture was basic but that's all I needed.
