No hairdryer in room. Also the floor is concrete so moving a chair will wake up the whole hotel

It all looks very ascetic (but that's what I expected), but the room is very cold. Icy concrete floor, cold air. On the second day of our stay, the toilet broke (namely the flush system).

Great location, city center within walking distance. There is a good coffee shop nearby. Clean hotel, quiet street, normal atmosphere.

Lighting is a bit too little so the room can be a bit dark. The hairdryer was defected and no other replacement in the room. Seems the hotel spent all the money at the staff education instead of the facility itself. Location a bit far from central.

Staffs were super friendly. The hairdryer was defect so I walked to the reception desk to ask the staff. He then told me to wait in my room and ran upstairs and downstairs to find a good hairdryer. At the end the staff gives me the gadget at the room door. Room was cleaned every day.

Cleaning workers were very rude, she was nocking on the door at 8am like a maniac, and opened the door while we were in the room changing, we only had the check out time at 11am. But she was insisting for us to leave. We also could hear the water running from the toilet from the other rooms at night, witch made the stay a little uncomfortable at night to sleep. The staff in the reception were very nice, and helpfull.

Cold rooms and ascetic decor

The elevator was outside the hotel and the toilette outside the rooms on the first floor is broken, dirty and the way to it is little confusing and scary. I had to use it after I checked out, so it was not a nice last impression

The location was reasonably close to the city center but still I would choose a different part of the city next time.

very noisy area…our room was on the first flor…very noisy from the street and children play ground day and night….traffic very loud…that’s mean sound isolation from outside doesn’t exist at all. Very suspicious people around and you just don’t feel comfortable…and safe. Room it looks renovated,but on the first view we thought is unfinished,them we realised that’s it…dark grey floor and walls…you can not know is it clean…it doesn’t look clean..small window… Bathroom was clean and renovated… The worst thing no door on the bathroom…is was some as curtain but it was half broken… All weekend we didn’t see any other guests so I don’t know where there more people 🫣 It looked not so busy,but we couldn’t get room on the highest floor where could be less noisy,maybe. Check in is from the 2.00 pm,we came at 1.00 and ask if room maybe ready,but receptionist told check in is from 2.00 and he can not let us earlier even …as I said it didn’t look busy at all. Generally just for the weekend is ok,but for the next time I would not take that hotel.

Good location,10 - 15 min walking from the city centre…that’s the only advantage…and good thing

The bathroom in the room had no real door, just see-through sliding panel curtains (there was a common bathroom on the corridor). The room had an unusual sharp-angled shape, so making the most of it, the furniture came out not really comfortable to use: shoe changing stool hidden behind the wardrobe, space between the bed and the desk not enough for the chair. A siren was screaming for hours through the hallways without anyone silencing it.

The hotel is on the bank of the canal, 20 minutes walk from the Grand Place. The size of the double bed was fair, the room had a bathtub, and the window - facing a sports park - had an automatic shade. The modern industrial design was refreshing, with some questionable decisions regarding the functionality.
