The room itself was cold and they did not provide heater. The cleaning service was not good because my pillow fall down from bed and the day after they put the same dirty one on my bed.

It had free tea and coffee bar that when you come back from outside which is cold, it was very nice to have warm thing at the hotel

The hotel was freezing cold. They didn’t even provide a heater. There was no door on the toilet—are we living in the Middle Ages? What kind of nonsense is this? Since there was no door on the toilet, I had to send my husband outside to use it.

The interior is *very* spartan. I don't mind basic, but this was a bit much. Also, the shower wasn't warm. Did not have time to investigate, so I showered cold, that isn't pleasant in the winter

Very noisy neighborhood that did not seem safe (cop car sirens all night). Breakfast choice was extremely minimal and not worth it. Room was not super clean. Rooms are completely covered in concrete which gives off a very cold atmosphere, not very inviting or comfortable for a hotel. All this for a mid-range price which does not reflect the poor quality of the hotel.

There was no wifi. It mentions explicitly on the booking that there will be wifi. The staff was rude. When I mentioned I paid 100 euros for the night the guy was like "Yes? This is the price. You didn't check the website for the price?" The guy at the reception said there can be issue with wifi in some rooms. Then his supervisor later told me the "yea there is an issue with the wifi for two days. We cannot fix it because today is saturday". Can you imagine if I pay partially and make up some excuse about the rest of the amount? I am charged full amount. You promised wifi. There should be wifi. Internet is essential and other than the bed was the second reason I got the hotel room. They told me they have wifi at the reception so if I need internet I can come down to the reception. This is not how the concept of free wifi works. It means the wifi should be available in the room while the travelers rest. No excuses! Then there was no drinking water, coffee, tea in the room. When asked why the guy gave me yet anoth3r excuse. "The delivery is tomorrow"

The location was a 20 minute walk to the center. The bed was comfortable.

I regret booking this hotel for 4 days. The room was not clean at all when we arrived. There was a used bottle lid on the bedside table, the bathroom was disgusting. All the dirt was already bad enough, but the biggest issue was the temperature inside the room. It was too warm inside, no AC and we could not fully open the windows. It was only 20 degrees Celsius outside, but inside It was 30 or more. Considering I am from Brazil and used with hot weather, it was really bad. There was a lock on the window that could only be opened with a key. I asked the staff to open, but they where not allowed due to safety reasons. We end up leaving one day before and missing one stay. I preferred to pay another hotel than stay there, WASTED MONEY!

They charged us over 90€/ night for a stay in a very dated and unkept place. It is supposed to be a 3-star hotel. We were staying in room 601 What we didn't like? *You have to walk via the reception building to then go to the building where the rooms are, with some of the steps wobbly and unkept * A not working light in the main corridor, *Stuck-half-open door to the terrace (the terrace decking looked aged and was all covered in moss- hazardous looking), *Small and very worn out towels, * Broken soap dispenser *Idiotic design of the shower cabin (you have to make sure the water doesn't hit the door or it all floods the accommodation!), * Not working safe *Bizarre decor and design of the room- brutalism meeting IKEA * No proper air conditioning - thank god for the size of the room and a very generous amount of raw concrete used in the decor so the room was not like an oven * The immediate area of the hotel is a bit dirty and unkept - I didn't feel unsafe but some people may be uncomfortable * Poor lighting in the room * No kettle/hot drinks facilities and not even a bottle of water in the room

The hotel room was terrible. The minibar is broken, there is no hair dryer. The floors are sticky. He had a very bad smelling room.

A huge sewer-smelling canal passed in front of it. It's a very bad place. I don't recommend it at all.

Don't know where to start. Night staff was rude, no idea about any restaurants or any recommendation with regards to the area, not able to lend an umbrella in the pouring rain, "I don't know" is the answer to everything. Rooms: like a bad hostel, pillows are awefull, room looks like a prison cell, noise area, bathroom is hidious..I could go on.
