In room fridge could be quite noisy at times, it would occasionally come on in the night which is not great if you are a light sleeper.

Efficient check in, Nice rooms. Kitchen small, but it has all we needed. Neda were OK, there was enough space in the rooms.

Great location, free parking a few minutes away but possibility to unload the car in front of the building; everything we needed was there. No coffee pads or sugar, salt or anything for cooking though; but a store nearby that is open on Sundays as well.

Sunday there was a market in frond of the appartment and the police took our car. I thing we should be informed about that.

I’m a light sleeper and it was a bit loud at night because the windows faced the street, but it was usually quiet by midnight.

It would have been better if there are bike lights so that it'd be safer to bike at night. But given that this is a free rental bike, I can't ask for more. I just bought a pair at a local supermarket.

It could have been more clean. On the information I was provided the cleaning day was on Wednesday, but they have cleaned my room on Monday. It would be better for me if my room was cleaned at middle of my stay.

I liked to location. My visit purpose required me to be at both KU Leuven Arenberg campus and Leuven Center. The hotel's location was closer to both. I liked the kitchen. It had equipment you might need to cook something. And my best friend during my stay was the coffee machine. Due to my assignments, I had to stay up all night studying. In such nights coffee machine really come in handy.

The ac does not work (so in summer, it's a bit of a problem). But the heater works perfectly.

The host was very accommodating. We had a major issue when we checked in, but that was sorted pretty quickly. The room we eventually got was quite spacious, and the facility itself had lots of amenities. It's very close to the bus station in Leuven as well as supermarkets are within walking distance (less than 5 minutes). The sunday markets are just at its doorstep, despite that there was no noise disturbance.

There are bus station and train station very close to the hotel. Neighborhood is very quiet. Supermarket is near. There is an interesting Sunday market just in front of the hotel. Sfaff is very kind and helpful.

The air conditioning didn't work and we couldn't leave the window open at night without being attacked by mosquitos, so we didn't sleep well because of the heat. The apartment was under-equipped for 2 guests: there was only one cereal bowl, only one drinking glass, only 1 teaspoon and only 1 dessert spoon.

The location was good, with bus and train about 5 minutes walk, and about 30 minutes walk to the centre of Leuven. The apartment was modern and clean and cleverly designed with a small kitchen tucked away in a cupboard. The bed was comfortable and the neighbourhood was quiet.

I staied there for a long time, and I could have a bike for free. It was really helpful for me to ride every day to the city center. the private kitchen and bathroom, having coffee machine and washing machine are also very nice.

The WIFI needs improvement. It was constantly going out and in. The coverage throughout the room was poor. The room was devoid of natural light. The room was too warm and I did not understand how to control the heaters and I had to leave my windows open to manage the temperature. The condition of the bike that I borrowed was poor and had no lights.

The location is really good next to the Heverlee station. Please bear in mind that there are 2 locations possible. The place is quite too. I got a free upgrade too to a double room. The place was clean and the toilet was nice. I got a bike on request.

Coffee makers didn't work well although they changed two times to me. Bicycles are not maintained and I had to do that myself. Normal rooms are usually in the south part of the building and are not light enough while deluxe room is perfect due to the natural light.

The location is perfect, it's close to the Heverlee train station and two bus stops. It's close enough to the city center, bakery, post office, and supermarket. It has a cleaning service every week. It has a bath tub, kitchenette with necessary stuff, mini bar, TV and enough desk and table. You can ask for a bicycle, which is a must in Leuven. Staff members are available by phone although there is no reception desk.

Some tea bags would be appreciated :-) when arriving in the late evening and don't have time to buy groceries and plan your breakfast. But this is not critical.

Excellent quality/price ratio, clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet, close to the train station and bus stop.
