The faucet of the bath/shower is a bit old and the plug for the bathtub doesn't fit perfectly so the water slowly goes out.

The room was really pretty, especially the high ceiling. The bed was really comfortable. I also like the self-check in.

There is no headboard on the bed and no where to hang clothes. Was only staying two nights so this was not an issue.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and warm. It is in a great location. Very close to all major attractions but very quiet at the same time. Brugge is a beautiful city and well worth a visit. The host was very helpful and gave clear instructions on codes and key etc. And transport options to get from train station. There is tea and coffee available and toaster as well as fridge and microwave. TV in room has access to streaming services. Heater is provided in the bathroom and heats up very quickly.

Clean,good wifi and ideal location for the centre of Brugge 5 minute walk……underground car park less than 10 minutes walk.

No hanging space or at least some hangers on the wall, for coats, shirts or even for the towels in the bathroom. It made it quite difficult to dry our towels and clothes on rainy days.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Location is perfect to get around everywhere easily. Bed was comfortable but a headboard would be nice. Self check-in was very easy.

Excellent location and a lovely, lovely room. I checked in on a cold, rainy, and windy day to find a large warm room with high ceilings and lots of natural light. It was the perfect place to unwind after travel. The property is very centrally located, but quiet. The owners were excellent communicators and looked after me very well. I would book this property again any time.

Room at the bottom of the stairs was quite loud with other guests, and could hear guests through the walls, though this didn't really become a problem often as guests were mostly considerate about the noise they were making

Bed itself was comfortable but without a headboard left a huge gap at the top of the bed making it difficult to sleep easy. No hanging space for shirts / blouses.

We understand that this is a wonderful historical bldg but the stairs were hard, especially with luggage.

The location was wonderful! We enjoyed opening the shutters each morning. Nd watching the day begins with a cup of coffee. The bed was quite cozy too.

Huge room, double sink, bath, comfy bed, fridge, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities and breakfast table. Excellent location, 2 mins walk from the main church square and the highstreet. Nice views onto the street, a lovely building. Hosts were very responsive.
