Floors are really creaky and there is almost no soundproofing between floors and walls so we could hear other guests easily. Unfortunately the guests above us were very loud and yelling frequently in the middle of the night. The size of the room was great, the bathroom was a little tight. We were on the third floor and the stairs are extremely steep and I had to walk down sideways on them to keep from falling. The staff was very friendly though.

The property is very decent overall. There is no one in the reception and in general the staff is never there if you need anything. The room was comfortable but absolutely clean. They didn’t clean our room or change our towels during the day. Also, the building is very old and not renovated, as a result there is no insulation.

The property is at an excellent location in the city, very close to all the sightseeing and just in the heart of city’s nightlife. Also, the train station is just 30 minutes walking distance, or by car around 5-10 mins. We really enjoyed that!

Shower had very weak pressure & the shower door (instead of a shower curtain) couldn't close. The toilet seat was also loose. The walls in the room and the mirror were stained.

We had a stay in a room on the third floor. During a sunny day it will become hot. Although we had a fan, I slept very bad due to the high temperature in the room. Room was a bit smelly. With eur 275, not really value for money.

Staff not available on site, no tea and coffee fascilities and no access to a communal space. The pop up plug in our wash basin was not popping up and jammed down meaning that the basin didn’t drain and had dirty water in it permanently.

Not flexible for 25 minutes late check-in. Had to pay extra 20 euros for those 25 minutes, and I had to pay in cash. The toilet door was not closing, so there was no privacy. There was no shampoo, and it was not easy to find one after 10 pm. I believe that hotel staff should have checked before our check-in.

Definitely needs an update. Particularly the bathroom. It only had a thin shower curtain and was quite drafty and cramped. The building is very old and historic, so understand it can't be fully modern.

Location amazing, right next to the Belfry. Completely walkable to all of the sights in Bruges - absolutely the best part about the property. The restaurant it is attached to is excellent as well - recommend the beef stew.

The rooms were noisey, sound made within the hotel just carried (creaky steps, people talking in the corridors). Our door shook whenever someone used the main entry. Our room appeared clean, but there was all this red glitter over the carpet from previous occupants. The bathroom was a dire with black mould in the shower. The shower itself was weak and sprayed everywhere. The shower and sink didn’t drain well.

The location was good. Easy check in and the parking lot was close to hotel. The room was spacious.

The room was cold when we came, but got warmer when we came. Stairs were very deep, no lift, for us it was ok. Pricing is much too high compared to the level of the hotel!
