To me the hotel and room were exactly as advertised and were a good price for it. The room was a decent size, furniture (bed and 2 chairs) was comfortable. There was a little bit of dust in corners and small marks on the walls, but no health concerns and otherwise it was clean. The cooking facilities (frying pans, saucepan, colander, electric hobs, microwave, dishwasher) worked great and were very useful. There is a food shop very nearby, and cafes a road away. There are fantastic views of Brussels a few minutes walk away, and the city centre is about 15-20 minutes walk. There is noise from the main road outside, however closing the vents above the windows helps hugely with this (I would have liked to have known this at the start). I also want to add I didn't hear other guests very often, which was welcome. The room does get warm, even in February with heating turned off. By opening the windows for a while its not a problem, but may be an issue in the summer. I would definitely come back, if I don't visit in the summer.

The internet was a bit slow.

Location is very convenient. The room was bigger than expected and quiet at night. They had extra pillows for peaky sleepers like me! Breakfast was good and the area could also be used for working or having a break. All good!

- room needs urgently some repairs / upgrade - breakfast room has little capacity, missing food. Simply it is not prepare for so many people having breakfast - a little bit funny thing - the person at reception rounded the price of stay 50 cents up without asking if this is OK. While this is not significant amount, I would expect to round it down or at least ask the customer if change is missing.

The rooms are clean but sparse. No soap or shampoo refilled on arrival. Staff at reception gave me some. Surrounding area is not very comfortable late at night when returning to accommodation.

Citadines is always a guarantee and following some refurbishment of the lobby and breakfast room it is a comfortable and reliable option well served by local transport and with plenty of bars and eateries close by.

There’s no espresso machine in the room.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and excellent assistance from the staff at the front desk. Their friendliness and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, providing a great space to relax or work. While there’s no espresso machine in the room, you can still enjoy a good coffee at breakfast or in the common areas designed for both rest and productivity. The location is another strong point—just a short walk from a grocery store, a variety of restaurants, shops, and only four minutes from the metro station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city.

Ramp in the parking garage was extremely narrow (we are used to small streets and have a small car, but still hit the curb several times with our tires trying to drive down the ramp to get to the lower floors). Secondly, the room was rather hot. And there were no options to adjust the temperature to our liking

I like my room to be dark at night and they had a lamp above my window, so it disturbed my sleep a little.

The location was amazing! The metro station was 1 minute away from the hotel and buses and trams. The staff was very friendly, always there, and explained everything clearly. The room was spacious, with a mini kitchen and all the necessary equipment.

A small complaint about the cleanliness and state of repair in the room, it seems that the floor was not quite clean, the walls, doors have a lot of visible damage, which is visible, but does not affect the quality. Purely aesthetically.

The staff was very friendly, always there, explained everything clearly. Helped with parking. The location is good, spent two days without public transport walking with small children. The room was spacious, with a mini kitchen and all the necessary equipment. The bathroom is large, as are the rooms. The beds were very comfortable for us, even a fold-out sofa.

A little noisy because is close to the highway

The apartment is amazing, clean and it has everything you need. A little bit noisy but it was worth it because the location was great. The staff was very friendly, we had a problem with the dishwasher and they fixed it inmediately!

During the time we visited, the whole city was being renovated and they started working as early as 7am. The room has quite thin walls and you can hear everything going on outside of the room. And not all the TV-channels worked that were listed in the manual, but that isn't really much of an inconvenience unless you plan to stay in and watch TV.

The location was nice, the metro station was incredibly close and you could get basically anywhere from there under less than an hour. Staff was really nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. The police at the metro station Louise(the closest one) knew the hotel and helped us find our way out of the metro station as it has multiple exits.
