My room was facing the Toison d'Or street and it was a bit too noisy even thought it was on the 8th floor.

Very kind staff, I even got an upgrade to a bigger room. I was quite happy with everything.

It was a bit cold in the apartment despite the heating that functioned well anyway. Maybe because of he huge windows that must be necessary in cloudy Brussels.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, only 15 minutes walk from Grand' Place and a few steps away from Sablon and the museums quarter. There is also a good supermarket on the corner where we could get fresh patisserie and salads. The apartment was very comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a short stay (we used the kitchen as well). The wifi was excellent, and although the windows opened to the street, no noise got up to the 7th floor.

Sound proof was bad. My next door played loud music and having loud chats in their room at about 2am. It was so loud that I can hear everything. The road work downstairs early in the morning waked me up too. Toilet was separated from the bathroom and it wasn’t very clean.

Excellent location to explore the heart of Brussels, very close to Louiza metro station and not far from Brussel-Zuid and Brussel-Luxemburg. The room was cozy and very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom was at the entrance of the room and it had a strong smell of urine.I don t think it was cleaned after the last guest honestly. The microwave was also dirty on the outside. The chairs also neeeded some professional cleaning. Per total you can stay there, but it really needs a refresh.

The hotel was close to the central area of Bruxelles. (20-25 minutes of walking). A lot of restaurants around and supermarkets too. The heating in the room adjustable as you want.

Good size and everything we needed for a family of 4. The appartment looked liked the pictures. The area felt safe, and everything was in walking distance. Supermarked in the same building and lots of restaurants just around the corner. Friendly staff:)

The parking access is pretty tight and be very careful if you have a longer car. Also the bed couch was not prepared even if we stated that we are 4 people.

Some sockets did not work is the living rooom. It was impossible to lock the entrance door from the inside.

The location of the aparrtment is very good, close to the public transport. The apartment is big enough.
