THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE CAME INTO OUR ROOM WITHOUT EVEN KNOCKING, “to check if the room was empty”? So SHADY! very displeased and embarrassed. Our privacy was violated. This happened for 2 consecutive days and from 2 different people. It’s saying that this happens all the time in this facility.

Very noisy, you can hear the neighbors talking, walking up/down stairs and you can smell all the food been prepared in the various rooms.

Didn't like that there wasn't a sink in the room with the toilet (was separate to room with bath). Also bath got very slippery when wet and wasn't very safe.

Location was great and very near all the transport at Louise, a shop is around the corner and a 24 hour bar. Great base for seeing all the sights of Brussels but quiet to sleep at night. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a great size and it was nice to have the ability to cook. A great stay.

After a mistake and cancellation from their side, they nevertheless deducted the money from my account and didn't answer to my messages for over three days.

There was not much to like. I didn't stay there because the hotel sent me a message that unfortunately they made a mistake and my reservation would be cancelled. So I booked another hotel. They cancelled the room but charged me anyway and did not reply to my messages until I told them I would lodge a complaint with the police. "The refund has been done", they wrote to me. Which so far (3 days later) is not the case.

Didn't like the fact that during all 4 days of accomodation, it smelled like cooked food in whole hotel, the room had lots of areas of dirt and it hasn't been cleaned during our stay either.

The distance from public transport (tram, metro station, bus) was very convenient (2-3 minutes walking distance). The area is a little bit dirty but so is the whole city.

It got pretty hot at night, and the room that was given was next to the other building. At night, we kept hearing some noise. We asked for a fan several times with no help. The entire building temperature was very warm. Also, there is no cleaning. I'm not sure if this was mentioned. The building is old and recently refurbished. Overall, we did not get any sleep!

Blackout screen, kitchen utensils, loads of closet space is refreshing. The location was a big plus.

Not necessarily didn't like, but just keep in mind that you can pick up new towels (and sheets if needed and so on) at the reception, it's an apart-hotel.

They changed my initial location and they informed me just couple of hours before arriving. There were a lot of ongoing maintenance works in the common areas (lobby, breakfast room, etc) which annoyed us. Last but not least, the pillows of the sofa bed were muddy and this was very disappointing.

The position was nice.

* Very noise at night time. Sirens, construction workers. * the hook on the bathroom wall was broken and hanging off * the bathroom vaniety was on a side. Could see the markings on the wall were it was suppose to be. * the paint on the skirting was peeling off. Doesn't look very professional and appealing. *the toilet is away from the sink to wash your hands.

The room was unusually hot (I also suspect the bed linen was sub par). The fridge didn't work. When it was raining outside, I could hear stream of water flowing continuously - I don't know where it flowed and thankfully not into my room but it was faintly uncomfortable. The toilet was separate from the bathroom (and quite a long way from it). The wifi was insecure although this is a common problem. The window could only open a fraction.

The location really is excellent - two metro stations nearby, 20 minutes walk from Gare du Midi, lots of bars and shops around. The room was larger than is typical for large and busy cities. The kitchenette was well equipped (however, see about the fridge under "What didn't you like".

The room was very clean, there were towels more than enough, bathroom and toilet was perfectly clean. Everything has been considered, iron, coat hanger etc. Everything we thought was there already. We booked the room for four people the space was more than enough. One separate room, living room with a door and a big entrance. We would like to stay there again next time.

The hotel enterance was under construction. The room was too warm and couldnt turn off the heating. The walls are super thin, and you can hear other guest even at 2am.

It was hot in apartment, we couldnt control the temperature. Very noisy street under windows. Hotel service haven't come three days to change towels etc. Low pressure of shower, i expected better level of cleaness.

There was construction work in the hotel. Parking situation very bad, especially if you have a sedan. Reception personnel quite unfriendly

The fact that the toilet was separate from the sink and bathtub was a little weird for us, but it didn't bother us that much.

Very clean hotel & perfect location between the train station and the city center. The kitchen appliances were great, and the staff was very helpful. We had instant hot water in our bath and the heater was working very well. I would 100% come back and recommend it to anyone. We liked that the hotel felt very safe. We actually forgot to properly close our door all day and no one tried to get inside to steal anything, so this says a lot about the safety there :)) Although the reception is still under renovations, it didn't bother us at all and it was quite quiet.
