Regrettably, my stay was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness was appalling, with unsavory individuals present and constant noise due to thin walls. The shared bathrooms were in deplorable condition, making for an uncomfortable experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Smells of smoke in rooms, not particularly clean, quite dirty floors, some mould in rooms. Shared bathrooms, didn't feel very comfortable going there at night.

Near airport. Taxi 25 eur. Low cost. Staff member on arrival was friendly. Wifi. Good if you are in a fix in Charleroi.

The cigarette smoke from the other rooms penetrated all over in the corridors and it penetrated to my room. The air in the room was smoky until midnight.

The common shower was clean, the bed was clean and confortable, the receptioner was polity and helpful:)

I did not appreciate the staff. WiFi was not working at all in my room. I have reported to the staff and the guy told me: I have already restated the router and that’s all I can do .I was surprised while I paid for all this service. Second thing, the cleaner lady open my room while I was sleeping then apologized because she was thinking the room is empty and said she will come back later for the garbage. After one hour she come back and did the same(open the room ). I could not appreciate this behavior and my fiancee too.

i felt very unsafe - i felt like there was gangsters and drug addicts, even prostitution. screams from different rooms and you can't sleep because the walls are paper thin. i didnt go out of my room the entire time. just super uneasy feeling there, would not reccomend to anyone. ive stayed in airport hotels before but this was another level. bed sheets had splatters on them and corridors smelled like cigarettes.

cramped room with only one eletrical outlet for 3 people, no ventilation in the room, hard beds, dirty bathroom and hard to get there without taxi and the taxi service is bad overall (it took me one hour and half for the whole process since the airport to the hostel) The kitchen itself is dirty, has a bad smelling and no good conditions, no plates and no cutlery unless you pay 0.50 cent for wood cutlery in the machine

Well it felt very unsafe for woman. As there were men only. The toilets were so extremely nasty. They looked like airplane toilets but not cleaned in years. The room had 1 hidden socket and it was placed so unfortunate that charging phones was not possible. The taxi driver to the airport only accepted cash and therefor charged us double for stopping at an atm. The rooms were so hot that sleeping wasn’t an option. So please don’t cheap out in this hotel because it will cost you extra in taxis and such.

It was very out of the way. The room smelt Mouldy and like a cigarette ashtray, you could not drink the water, there were no Power point outlets in the room so you couldn’t charge your devices. We were suppose to stay for 3 nights but left after 1.
