    Fridge didn’t work, which smart flats were aware of but gave us no prior warning or discount, which is a great inconvenience considering it’s a self catering apartment! The flat was also falling apart; Shelves fallen off the wall and on the floor, skirting boards ripped off, painting tape still on the walls, electrical outlets with missing faceplates. No soap provided in the toilet. Incredibly dark stairwell with no working lights

    The appartment is self not good (dishwasher, fridge and freezer not working and no actual action from accomodation during stay). Also other reported claims have not been taken care of (tv plug too short for reaching the wall to plug in, bath without water plug) Another thing was that the elevator is not working and we had to carry our babycarrier 3levels.

    There were no light in the hall ways, and we had 2 room but 1 fan it was so hot and the lift was broken from 2-3 days and my children had mosquito bite and insert bite

    The elevator was dirty. The windows in the apartment were broken. Kitchen sink had mold around it. In the hallway carts of laundry were blocking the way. Staff did not respond to any of the complains/feedback

    The smell in the entry door, elevator and lobby to the door was unacceptable for an apartment. The smell could be smelt in the apartment at times. It was a sewerage, garbage smell. The floors were dirty. There bins blocking the elevator entrance other guests were covering the noses going in and out of the building. Kitchen oven didn’t work, lights missing or not working bathroom sink was blocking up with water toilet seat was broken. Toilet flush missing a cover. Washing machine cover falling off.

    We liked the location the apartment was very cool room size was great beds were comfortable.

    so I travel quite often and I have to say that it was the worst apartment I could ever find, the window was broken, the Internet didn't work in the stairwell of death, it was just so hard to bear the lack of contact with the staff and people responsible for running the apartment, I stood there for almost an hour before Z I received the door codes through booking, I simply do not recommend it

    The entrance stunk of sewage and it was very dirty. Stairs are also very dirty and dark. The people living there were also playing loud music at night. There was no WiFi in the apartment as it was written in the website. During the check-in day, we still did not receive the apartment number that we were assigned to. We tried calling but no one picked up. We stayed outside for 2 hours waiting and finally booking.com assisted. Terrible communication and no customer service available from this company owning the apartment. If you have a problem, you can’t reach anyone. I will not be returning here again .

    Both bathroom sink drains were either blocked or jammed shut. Shower over the bath leaked Light in the toilet was hanging from the ceiling The oven controls were mostly broken off so couldn't be used The lift up to the room was very rarely working which meant using the stairs which were littered with rubbish and smelled disgusting The main door leading into the apartments has nothing to give away that it is for smartflats, is just a steel door so was confusing if we were actually in the right place Someone has previously thrown wet loo roll at the bathroom walls and ceiling and it is still all stuck in place No keys to the windows which we accidentally locked open and then couldn't shut again, with a 5 year old in the apartment and a window wide open on the 5th floor it was a cause for concern

    The location was perfect for what we planned to do during the holiday, 5 minutes walk from the train station. Beds were comfy and apartment is a very good size

    We arrived and discovered that the number of beds were incorrect as our booking and things were broken. Immediately, we contacted the property and booking.com. Nothing resolved, one of us always sleep on the static sofa without bedding, for 5 nights. Not happy at all for the price I paid! Only the 1st day the lift is working, all other 5 days, no lift. The entrance to the apartment is awful! The whole building smell of burgers as Five Guys Burgers is on the ground floor. The location and the apartment itself are perfect. Bad building management and servicing team let it down, utterly

    Stayed there during nye and could see the fireworks from the window!! Third time staying here and they upgraded the security. It was much more cleaner then before.

    The pull out bed wasn't clean, there was a used napkin and a lollypop wrapper. We got broken into and valuable things were stolen, police statement been giving, cttv weren't working, only the people who are living there should know the pass code to get in both doors. We phoned smartflats, and they didn't help at all. The fridge wasn't working, there was a cockroach on the wall at night. Dirty knife left in the sink from previous tennants? The tv didn't work. We only had 2 rolls of toilet rolls one per bathroom, so we had to go buy more. This place is also advertised with a hairdryer but there isn't one in the flat. The skirting board was off the wall. The floor was rising in a bits, which my friend fell over and hurt his ankle. The light on the stairs wasn't working either. There was a shelf hanging off the wall.

    Elevator broken.door Broken ,in the Building smail very bad,and i think she never don't cleaning.wash machine wassing only 10min.i don't recomandate this building (((

    The apartment was dirty. There were stains on the pillows and covers. The fridge and freezer were not closing as there were months of ice stuck in the freezer.

    Elevator it's broken in the Building ,and it's not clean when you enter inside of the Building .

    Do not stay here! find another place to stay. This place is substandard, and as per all the other negative comments made earlier by other travelers, nothing has changed. Lift is still broken - I had to walk up and down the stairs with my luggage with no lights in staircase. I found this to be a dangerous task. The place smells bad mainly because of laundry at front door. there was no remote for TV. The dishwasher was broken but no provisions to wash and dry dishes. The windows were broken , they could not be closed at all, so could hear all the outside noise all night, barely any sleep at all. The terrace doors were broken, could not lock them. The front door had a hole in it above the handle, it had paper stuffed in it! There is a washing machine, but no washing powder. there were squashed dead insects on walls. I contacted the company, they only send polite emails back but don't manage the issues. I advised them I would not stay here again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

    No have service lift not working every floor no have light no have hot water no have cleaning no have somebody for helping entry door is very scaring I am not happy to booking this appartement my family also was not happy I waist my money also for booking this durty apartment normally I have a booking for Monday to Sunday and lift was not working that’s why we have to removing in Saturday I was not happy if is possible to give me my some I was booking in total 3 apartments one is 2nd floor and two was in 4th floor my friend also was not happy

    The floor is dangerous. There was no hot water, and the apartment was so dirty 😳 😫 😐 The hallway is seen like a homeless home. There is no light in the hallway. No Internet. NO kitchen towels the pot are dirty No TV. Horrible holiday 😪 😢 apartment.

    There was no hot water for the duration of our stay. The floorboards in the kitchen had buckeld quite severely and caused a 10cm trip hazard in the kitchen. The wifi was spotty at best, not worth using. The entrance was difficult to find and when we did find it, we're greeted with dirty laundry piled to the ceiling. Not a good look. There was no lighting in the hallway past the ground floor so had to make our way to the second floor apartment in the dark (near total blackness). The checkin instructions talk about a wall mounted key box. Only after calling the service desk did they suggest entering the pin in the door handle, something we'd missed because of the aforementioned darkness. Listing mentioned a TV, but only a bracket was on the wall where the TV would have been.

    The rooms were large and spacious, beds comfortable. Location was ideal in the town cemter. Even had a washing machine and dryer.
