We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel is romantic hotel in central Brussels. Walking distance from all the historical city. The room was a very pleasant and romantic. Well equipped. Nice dinning room and a tasty breakfast. The combination of the hotel with the sweetness of Brussels were a perfect choice.

Dominican RepublicWe had communicated several times in writing letting them know our check in time, which they assure us was ok. When we arrived the lady at the front desk said it was not possible and then wanted to charge us for early check in. She said (in a very rude tone) that she was doing us a favor and that we should have known this (even if they didnt inform us in our several communications) because it’s like that everywhere in the world.

ChileWay too expensive for what it offers. Breakfast should be included, but wasn't, and had to be paid extra - which was annoying, especially since it was not clear from the outset. Including the cost for breakfast, the cost is 40-50% higher than usual for this kind of hotel.

Very centrally located. Walkable to Grand Place, 2 minutes away from the hotel; just exit the hotel and turn left… all places of attractions and eating places are on the left side of the hotel… keep walking guys! We joined the day tour to Bruges and Ghent and booked online. The meeting place is also located on the left side of the hotel in front of Hilton Hotel, about 10 mins walk… have fun!

TurkeyI had booked a room for one person. It was extremely small and overlooking the busy street. There was music until 4am in the street, it was difficult to sleep with the window closed as there was no air conditioning in the room, only a fan which made no difference. The only plus is that when I complained about the room, they upgraded my room to a double one at the back of the building so I am thankful about this.
The best thing about this hotel is the location which we chose on purpose. You are right at the center and it was great not needing to take public transport. Breakfast was good. The staff team were excellent as when I complained about my room they changed it immediately.

FranceIt is in a very noisy and quite dangerous area. Walking at night to the hotel didn’t feel safe despite the fact that it’s in the city centre it felt like the typical area around the train stations with extremely loud and dirty streets. I would perhaps not go back there if I travel alone, or if I do, will try to be back home by 21-22 h.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was also just enough for a stay for two nights. The breakfast was also fine.
