The only downside was that it has a standalone air conditioning unit as to actual AC in the room, so can be a little warm at night.

The location is absolutely perfect; about a 4 minute walk from Brussels Stock Exchange and 6 minutes from City Hall. Lots of other bars and restaurants nearby. I caught the Eurostar and it is about 15-20E taxi ride from Brussels Midi. There is a boulangerie just across the road which does amazing croissants!

The staff weren’t the friendliest. We arrived early so kept our luggage in stow but the staff didn’t offer to carry any bags down the stairs, barely spoke to us and seemed annoyed / they all seemed like they kind of just hated their jobs and we just weren’t really welcome. The aircon in our room was broken so it was quite hot. There is a bar opposite so can be loud. Would not stay here or request another room if light sleeper.

Fantastic location. Close to tram lines. Great food options close and the centre of town just a two minute walk away. Lovely little balcony we used and opened both our doors which was so nice. Decent sized bathrooms and cosy bed. Overall nice place the cleaning was fantastic as well. Would’ve loved an iron in the room or fridge with water.

Even with the air con on it was very hot! The beds were quite soft but then some people like that!

The hotel was right in the city centre, very easy to get everywhere from here. The staff is very nice.

Shower...water goes all over bathroom floor. Everything else is as you'd expect for a very good 3 star hotel in this price range.

Location is excellent. Lots of night life restaurants and bars in the area. Very good value for this standard of hotel. Very clean, friendly accommodating staff. Reception and breakfast area lovely decor.

Mostly of the time the reception was empty, I didn't feel safe at first, I had to wait 20 minutes to check in. This was quite annoying because sometimes my room card didn't work to open the door and I had to wait at reception until someone showed up.

Place super close to main attractions in the central area, plus nice restaurants around and public transport.

Some lights in the room were broken like the one beside my bed. One of the doors to the balcony was also broken. The room gets extremely hot!! The fan helped a little but it was difficult to sleep because of the heat.

Excellent location, great for walking to different areas and close enough that pretty much wherever in the centre you are you can come back to the hotel if you need to. Beds were extremely comfortable and soft and l’occitane products were lovely. Welcoming and friendly staff.

Hotel prices are relatively expensive compared to the facilities, if it is around 80-100 euros of each night , then it’s be good

The location is very good and the staff is very friendly，12 km from the airport, the hotel booking a taxi for 50 euros, the price is slightly higher, but the vehicles and service are also good

The room.was just too tiny and the street noise was loud with a jazz club across the street. A clipped toenail on the floor...

The lobby and breakfast area were welcoming and stylish, with magazines and plenty of food at the breakfast buffet. The experience of a tiny tiny room was somerhing.

Outside noise of construction and 🚧 drilling noise in the morning right from 8-10am ☠️☠️ That should be kept for the afternoon
