The area can get quite noisy at night (weekdays included) till the early morning due to the bars and there was little to no sound proofing so made it hard to sleep at times.

Very central location, close to all bars and restaurants. A short walk to many of the main attractions & central station. Staff is helpful and rooms are clean and always attended to.

The room stank of smoke and the toilet had a peculiar smell as if not cleaned properly. Due to its location on the road, there was lots of noise all through the night. The wifi was patchy.

Its proximity to Grand Plac and Metro station Bourse. They upgraded me to a double bed room.

Location of the hotel is great, girl at the reception at check in was very helpfull and very polite. Room was big enough and quiet, coffee and tea in the room were perfect. all the staff which i have seen were very polite

good room for the money I paid. The member of staff upon arrival upgraded me from a single room to a double - free of charge. Only issue I had with the stay was the card which I used to get into the room didn’t work properly and kept having to go down to reception each time to get the card reset.

We had a standart room on the second floor, room 208. There was 2 windows...one to the small yard with the smell from the kitchen and another window to the outside metal fire escape..., so we had no daylight and no fresh air at all.

Room a bit cramped and not enough coat hangers. No milk for coffee or tea and couldn't work coffee machine.

we didn’t get a heads up to pay a deposit. and we didn’t have a credit card with us. so we had to pay with our cash, this was inconvenient. if we knew, we would have made sure that we had it on us

perhaps getting accustomed to the design of their bathrooms and shower drainage - a guest should never be concerned if the schluter drains can handle the flow of water to not overflow onto the bedroom carpet

When we booked the hotel, we were advised that tea and coffee making facilities would be available in both rooms. But when we got there, were advised that only tea would be available. It was a bit annoying as we thought we'd be able to make coffee in the rooms.

The location of this hotel was great. Staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
