We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NetherlandsAvoid room 405 or the front side of the hotel on a hot day, it just doesn’t cool down. It doesn’t have air conditioning. You get two useless fans and this is it, so you will likely not have a good sleep.

The hotel is very convenient for the main historical part of Brussels. it’s close to the Metro, which we found very easy to use. The staff are amazing, friendly and so helpful.

Australiathe bed was a little bit flimsy and moved as soon as you sat on it, and the room was so incredibly hot that w kept the cooler running almost the full 4 days we were there and kept the window open all night for the breeze. it just got too hot otherwise

SwitzerlandThe mattress of the bed was horrible (so sorry to say) super soft that you sunk into it. The fact that there were 2 separate mattresses for a “queen bed” and no union of those individual mattresses we sunk in the hole between the mattresses every time we moved. Truly uncomfortable and even my lower back and my shoulder are hurting for the past 3 days. The pillows too were not made of feather but really thick and chunky - hence my neck is very stiff. overall, it was truly un uncomfortable stay.
The hotel was super pretty and very nicely done. Very nice design.
