Lots of noise during the night from traffic outside but this is something you can expect from a cityhotel.

Aircon - it was very hot when we stayed there was a portable aircon unit but this was a bit rubbish, would have been 10/10 if wasn't so hot!.

Avoid room 405 or the front side of the hotel on a hot day, it just doesn’t cool down. It doesn’t have air conditioning. You get two useless fans and this is it, so you will likely not have a good sleep.

Location is excellent! hotel is clean and service was good. we booked the deluxe room. it has a coffee machine, robes and slippers and is quite big. shower is nice and toiletries are a nice addition.

The rooms are too hot. Air con/fan unit is provided, but it’s too noisy to use at night. It’s too noisy outside to have a window open at night.

The hotel is very convenient for the main historical part of Brussels. it’s close to the Metro, which we found very easy to use. The staff are amazing, friendly and so helpful.

the bed was a little bit flimsy and moved as soon as you sat on it, and the room was so incredibly hot that w kept the cooler running almost the full 4 days we were there and kept the window open all night for the breeze. it just got too hot otherwise

Rather expensive, sink too small, noisy place because of people in the street (there are many pubs and bars), not a big problem for me but others could find that bothering.

Very good Position, close to city Center (Grand Place at a few minutes walking) and public transport, clean.

The mattress of the bed was horrible (so sorry to say) super soft that you sunk into it. The fact that there were 2 separate mattresses for a “queen bed” and no union of those individual mattresses we sunk in the hole between the mattresses every time we moved. Truly uncomfortable and even my lower back and my shoulder are hurting for the past 3 days. The pillows too were not made of feather but really thick and chunky - hence my neck is very stiff. overall, it was truly un uncomfortable stay.

The hotel was super pretty and very nicely done. Very nice design.

excellent location, everything was really nicely decorated and clean. the room was massive (we did pay a bit extra for the bigger room). the shampoo and shower gel were lovely and there was an ac unit in the room too. staff couldn’t do enough for you.

Booking.com said there would be an airport shuttle, but actually it is just a standard taxi.

There’s no air conditioning, and the electric fan in the room is pretty noisy. Since it was very warm at night, and it was really noisy outside, it wasn’t easy to sleep. There was a kettle, but only one tea bag and no coffee.
