Construction work in the hall - noisy and dusty during the day. No light in the room, windows facing an internal wall. Uncomfortable bed (too soft, duvet quite thin, gap in the middle of the bed)

I'm not saying it was bed bugs, but I woke up with bugs in the bed... I was really freaked out by that. I captured several bugs in a glass and told the front desk. I really hope I did not bring bed bugs home with me. I've never experienced that in a hotel, and it made me really uncomfortable.

Room was big enough, and comfortable. Beds were not super comfy. Location of the hotel was good. Near many bars and restaurants. Close to central station.

One of the rooms that we had smelt of smoke. We needed to swap rooms because of this but they made out that we were being a bit unreasonable. The doors really had to be pulled hard to ensure that it locked

We had booked two rooms. They were "European small" as expected, so be aware. Location was good. Able to walk around many of the things that we had come to see.

No air condition, but you can open the window and adjust the radiator. Old tv with only scart input, not HDMI. Small and narrow single room, double room are probably better. Missing door handle for the shower door and bathroom door. Informed the reception but their response was "I'm sorry" and did nothing about it for the whole week. The curtains in the room was either dirty or had mold. Breakfast was included, but I only tried it once since it had a very limited selection. The breakfast area is cramped and does not have room for all the guests, this might be by-design so people eat elsewhere. You will find other breakfast places close by. Sometimes a lot of noise from the street, police sirens at any time and from the smoking area for the bar across the street that close at 5 am.

Central location. Walking distance to most attractions in Brussels. Short distance to bus and tram (Bourse). Use Bourse/Beurs exit 7/8 if you arrive by tram. Friendly staff.

Room was grubby badly maintained screw sticking out of scurting handle on shower door faulty only a sky light no window. Carpets need properly cleaning really bad matress

our chamber was looking over the main road with a lot of noise during the night from both taxi's and a bar which made it very difficult to sleep.

I did not like that the check-in time was not respected. I went an hour and 15 minutes after her check-in started and his room was ready. I was given my card and went upstairs to find the cleaning staff in the room. Then I was made to wait until the cleaning was done, about 15 minutes. What bothered me the most was that I went up to the room and was not notified in advance that it was not ready. I would have waited downstairs without bothering me if the information from the reception had been communicated to me. In addition to this aspect, I was also asked for a guarantee of 100 euros which was not mentioned anywhere visibly. I was also informed that the check-out is done until 11 o'clock, given that the check-out time was 12 o'clock on the booking, which is one of the reasons why I chose this hotel. In the bathroom, the water from the shower entered through the window and flowed throughout the bathroom until the entrance to the room. The next morning I went to have breakfast and when I returned the card from the room was no longer working. I went and asked for another card and the same problem. Finally the lady at the reception came and opened the room. All this time, other customers of the hotel encountered the same problem, not being able to enter the rooms. For these reasons I do not recommend this accommodation.

The room was large and the bed comfortable. As a location I liked that it was close to the sights and the train station.

The property was located close to absolutely everything, shopping, food, Christmas markets. The staff was amazing with answering questions and making sure we had things we needed.

- The hotel is old and if you have large luggage, you might face issues with the narrow corridors and stairs - The bathroom was small - No fridge available - The bed was not comfortable

By this price you can get better hotel same locations I have booked 2 nights wrong dates on website the deducted from my credit card I stayed one night I asked to cancel The owner refused to help me out and I lost my the money I paid was too much Greedy even I inform him one minute after the booking He is just was like taking the money and that’s it Refused to check me out before 3 :30 And the room was not ready so I had to stay more hour waiting
