The hotel itself is 5 min walk from Bourse, Metro station, Tram station, Restaurants, Cafes, pubs and Grand Place! The ambience of the main lobby was so calm and tranquil, all the staff we met were so polite and accomodating. The room is gorgeous and clean. It's so lovely we got the balcony view.

Couldn’t check in until 5pm. When I did my room wasn’t clean. I did get upgrade which made up for the inconvenience.

-The rooms were small, hot and dark. -There is no airport shuttle like advertised. -we had two rooms one at the front of the hotel and one at the back, both were noisy.

-Good location. -Clean bedding. -The staff were friendly.

beds were uncomfortable. but room was super neat and toilets were tidy. free coffee anytime heating was good too they should replace the mattress and sheets with something more comfortable.

Room was amazing, excellent view from my window. thankfully they had an elevator. However, the beds weren't comfortable. the staff was amazing, super helpful, can get you coffee anytime you want. Oh and the breakfast was amazing too! good surprise for me.

The hotel does not have any sound isolation. I had a room that was facing the street and I could hear every passing car and all the screaming and laughing of people who were partying (there are many bars in the area). I could not sleep during the three nights I was there, which was a big problem as I was on a work trip and had important meetings. The breakfast was also no good - extremely limited choice.

The Breakfast room was in reception/non existent very cramped small tables but again fully functional and very relaxed comfy atmosphere really enjoyed our breakfast. would be nice to have more warm options like beans and sausages

location was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay decoration was modern and contemporary the rooms were a little on the small size nonetheless clean and comfortable.

The breakfast let you down, 9am breakfast was cold and nearly gone. Should have been better.

The location was excellent, or so thought, untill it came to midnight when the bar directly across the road came to life and the music and revelling continued until 5am.

The window in the room faced a wall, where absolutely nothing could be seen. In the first room, the bathroom door was broken and very hard to open. Another major downside is that the safe was not bolted down anywhere, and it could easily be picked up and carried away. On the second day, we left Brussels for Bruges and upon arrival, we discovered that our room door was broken and could be opened without a key, allowing anyone to easily enter and take all our personal belongings. After discussing the issue at the reception, it turned out that the door's battery had run out, and they couldn't do anything about it that evening, so we were moved to another room and had to transfer all our belongings from one room to another. It was also disappointing that there was hardly any apology, leaving the impression that such incidents occur frequently and not just with us.

The location of the hotel was perfect, it is located right in the very center, and all the main attractions are within walking distance. The room was not bad, the bed quite comfortable, clean enough, and civilized. There are many different cafes and restaurants nearby.

Prime location in a super cool pocket of Brussels full of great cafes, high quality delis and independent shops. The staff let us check in earlier, which was super nice. The most secure leave luggage system we've encountered in any hotel.

The ‘double’ bed was two seperate single beds. Those beds were not comfortable at all; they are clearly old, cheap mattresses. There was noise all night; the hotel faces a bar and the windows and walls seem to be as thin as if they weren’t even there. Kept me up all night. If you want to sleep well at night, avoid.

The location was excellent, the only good thing about the hotel.

There is disco under the hotel, was loud and i could not sleep until 3am first night, and 2am second. Bed was terribly soft, and bedding could be cleaner...

The location is excellent, a short walk from cafes, restaurants and attractions. This made getting around a breeze! The staff were lovely, the room was spacious and amenities were clean and modern. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The sound proofing is almost non existent and the hotel is located next to some noisy clubs / bars and as Brussels doesn't appear to have any sound curfew this means music was pumping into my bedroom until 4am.
