During my stay, the hostel was so wonderful and calm. The staff was so lovely, the room was basic but had everything you'd need and the nicest view of the square outside, and the breakfast was simple but still super yummy! 100% recommend a stay here, especially because it's really close to the old city centre! Thank you so much for everything!!

This is a luxury hostel. It is clean spacious beautiful, modern, the staff and the breakfast are phenomenal. Right in the center of town, with cute sleeping dragon as their mascot. :D

Awesome experience. I checked-in in the worst time possible: 24th of December at night. Not only the staff was reassuring in the process, they made the check-in as comfortable and quick as possible. The rooms have a lot of space, the hostel is well-located, they have really nice locker which are free to use, the breakfast is really good, they let you use the common area after check-out and the staff is really friendly.

Excellent location!!! 2 min walk to the tram, 5 min to the center. Beautiful spaces!! The room was spacious, clean and warm!!! The staff is super friendly!!!! I will definitelly visit Ghent again, and I'm staying in this hostel!

The location is very good, 5 min from the city center. The room was quite big, there was plenty of space to put your bags or luggage and there were big lockers. Also the room has its own shower and toilet, they were clean and big. Breakfast was very good, even though it was continental, there were plenty of options.

I like the possibility of getting an only ladies room. You also don't have to rent a sheets, it's included. You can rent a towel if you need. My room was for 5 person, and a toilet with a shower were in the room, not on the floor, which is very convenient. It's only 5 minutes walking from the centre, i like it very much.

Location is perfect, room is not very good, sleep comfort in the mattress not very comfortable and bed size is less than 180cm. breakfast could have been more varied. Girls at reception are nice.

No lift, very narrow stair corridor, not very convenient to go upstairs if you have a lot of luggage. No air conditioning in the room, but luckily you also get a lot of mosquitoes. The room has a strong odor. You can provide no service and let us make our own sheets and quilts, but please don't use the banner of "environmental protection", it is annoying.

Located in the city center, very close to the castle and other attractions, just a few steps away. The bar on the first floor has a wide variety of beers at reasonable prices.

The breakfast was so crap, come on. Just pantry type of food and nothing much else. The bread was paper thin and the sausage was cheapest kind. For a hostel, it is so pricey esp as there were so many in one room (7 beds i think) and we are expected to share one shower and one toilet. I went to use the toilet on the ground floor most of the time.

JUST FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY. No air conditioning, rooms are too hot inside, if you open the window you can’t sleep because of the mosquitos. Reception lady said it’s too hot in Belgium and it’s basically your problem. Accused me that we didn’t request the fan on the closed reception desk. Appalling.

as a female solo traveller, i felt so safe in here. it had a friendly environment, staff were kind and helpful. rooms were big and mine had a very nice view. it was 5 mins walking distance to ghent city center. bathrooms and bedsheets were clean. breakfast was included and it was also nice.
