Ginette made me remember when I traveled before smartphones was a thing. She invited us to have coffee with her and with a map on hands she started to explain the city, distances, points of interest. She was PERFECT! She’s lovely and very welcoming. I wish we could stay long to have more time in the city and also to enjoy her company at her B&B. Breakfast was amazing.

Mrs Ginette the hostess is a kind helpful hospitable person willing to help for everything with smile. The room is 5star clean and hot. Its an amazing decorated with personal Ginette's details place. All the house although. Every day different delicious satisfying breakfast with many many products.

In short words Everything. Everything just exceeded my expectations with this B&B. The staff so lovely and helpful, the place is like being inside of a doll house or farytale. Super clean. The mattress was like sleeping on a cloud, super comfortable. Breakfast was not only delicious but also very well presented. So this is a Exceptional rating for me. I would love to go back to this place. It makes my visit to Bruge more likeable and memorable.

Ginette was amazing! She is so welcoming and gave us drinks on arrival. Our room was large and included a decanter of port for a nightcap. Breakfast in the morning was lavish! Ginette encouraged us to take left overs for lunch too. A lovely visit and will be sure to return. Thank you!

Ginnete, the host was wonderful. She went above and beyond to make our stay in Brugge a memorable experience. Breakfast was excellent, room was clean, mattress and bed very comfortable, private secure parking. Man cave outside was just another option to sit down and chill after a long day of sight seeing. There was also a WiFi which we hardly used, but the speed was very good.

Ginette is amazing, she makes wonderful breakfasts,each day is different. Her lovely little personal touches in all the rooms capture the character of the B&B. It is clean and comfortable. The free shuttle bus which you can catch just around the corner, is an added bonus.

We were on our way to Holland & wanted overnight accommodation with secure parking, which it had. We had a large, very clean & comfy room. The breakfast was excellent, better than we have ever had in any hotels worldwide, we were even given doggy bags to take the surplus with us for lunch, which we did & thoroughly enjoyed our lunch as well. We used the free bus service to the city which was a few minutes walk away & took an interesting walk back following canals most of the way. Ginette, our host was extremely helpful & informative about Bruges. Would not hesitate to stop here again. Melvyn & Amicia, England.

Wonderful old fashioned villa, just outside the ring road. Ginette was a wonderful friendly, chatty host who made sure we had every little comfort. Breakfast was amazing - a three course treat full of delights and surprises! She also helped with lots of information about how to make the most of our stay, for example how to use the local free shuttle bus.

I wish I could give this property a good review. Everything was ok until two unacceptable things happened. 1- Bedbugs: After a 1-night stay in November, I noticed over 60 bedbug bites, which were extremely itchy for several days and left me very stressed about the possibility of bringing bed bugs home. When I informed the B&B and requested a reimbursement, they said that bed bugs can be found anywhere (restaurants, trains), and refused to offer compensation without "a photo of bedbugs in the room or something". Unfortunately, as bites only appeared after departure, I couldn't provide such proof. But other customers have recently reported similar experiences at this property (you can see that in previous reviews). The property did not offer any other resolution and said they "do everything they can to avoid it and I think we cannot be held responsible for it.". Booking.com offered to refund me only a small percentage of what I paid, leaving me with a stressful experience and expenses for laundry and medication. 2- Misunderstanding at checkout: Upon departure, there was an uncomfortable situation regarding a supposedly missing soap dish from the room my friends stayed in. We felt the owner's approach was very harsh and we felt accused of stealing from her. We opened our luggage to show we didn’t have it and even offered to pay for it even though we did not take anything. Later, the owner found the soap dish on the property and apologized.
