The overall stay was good and the location was fantastic. Careful when you leave the windows open, as there are many ladybugs happy to nest in your room :)

The bathroom. Whilst there was a handset in the bath to shower there was no fixing on the wall to hold the handset in my room, so it had to be hand held. No coffee and tea making facilities in the room.

The hotel has a huge potential, and it's wasted. Bedroom is just good and outdated. The bathroom is very tight, especially the shower cabin, though clean and new. The airco is very noise.

The location is beautiful. Breakfast and dinner options are very good. Jacuzzi and pool are very nice.

We had a great stay here, the building itself is really beautiful, and it is located in a very peaceful area next to the forrest. This is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation close to nature, but at the same time with great comfort. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view towards the inner yard. The restaurant was also great, breakfast was delicious and diverse. We ate one time dinner at the restaurant and it was also a nice experience. The hotel is about 5 km away from the city of Dinant, so you would need a car to get to the city.

The pool experience could be improved. The pool was not very clean, the jacuzzi was not functional, and there were no robes or dedicated pool towels provided. This made it inconvenient and uncomfortable to return to the room after using the pool

The property is situated in a beautiful natural location, offering a calm environment. The interiors and lobby are well-designed, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast had a good variety, and the pool facilities were a nice addition. Overall, a well-maintained place with solid amenities.

Great location in the nature. Unique atmosphere inside of chateau. Very friendly staff, good restaurant and bar with lots of good choices. Comfortable room with nice shower. Dog friendly!

We had to wait for almost 1.5 hours to be able to have our room. We were told "Well, your room is not ready. We have 90 rooms and only 15 cleaning people, so it takes a while" Not our problem as the customers at all! You knew we were coming weeks in advance. No excuses for this. Also, the check in is already quite late at 15:00 (and check out way too early at 10:30) and having to wait more on top of that was very unpleasant. Furthermore, the lady at the reception was way too nonchalant about it and didn't even offer a free drink, etc. to compensate, and we were only able to get our room after I checked like 3 times with her, finally getting very serious with her. Then, we had an issue with our heating, after reporting it, the same lady at the reception told us that she would call us back to notify of the process, guess what, she never did, of course. I had to personally go to the reception to get the update, but then luckily the heater just started working again. Also, the hut tub was "out of order" so we couldn't use it on our last day. Finally, no one speaks English at a good level except for 1-2 guys at the reception. This was a problem with meals, menus, overall communication.

Nice breakfast. Good restaurant. Generally friendly Staff. Pleasant facilities and surroundings.

Only 2 electric car chargers are available at the facility. Other than those 2, there are only a couple of chargers available in Dinant, 9km far from the hotel. The restaurant lacks diversity. Nothing really special about the food. Everything is quite heavy and the prices are comparable to much better restaurants in Namur.

Excellent staff, beautiful location. Very comfortable bed. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom was very clean and well equipped. The views are beautiful anywhere you look. Great location for hiking.

We arrived early (13:30), we were traveling with some friends. My friends got their room earlier, we waited until 15:30 (altho the check in was at 15:00), all to find that the bathroom was not clean at all. The guy on the reception didn't care much about the situation, but I could tell he was busy, but still... Later that day he apologized... offering 2 free drinks at the bar... it was nice, but still... the image of that dirty toilet and bathroom were not easy to forget.

Breakfast was complete, I liked how the personal was kind with us and tried to help on every chance (mainly in restaurant and bar). Room was big and nice. Restaurant was pretty too. The nature next to the hotel was very beautiful.

Location and hotel comfort. The lounge is a big plus point for relaxed conversation or reading a book. A nice surprise was the availability of a chromecast in the room.

Pool was on the cold side. Breakfast was plain. The road from the hotel to Dinant is very narrow.

The family triple room is very large. Very large well maintained grounds which are very nice for taking a morning walk. The pool area is large and the jacuzzi is a nice addition. Also the pool was availible from early in the morning to late in the evening.

Directions to hotel need to be clearer, Satnav struggled in the village nearby. It is several km down a narrow, winding road through the woods. This was not a problem after the first time,

We had a lovely room, good food. The swimming pool was very pleasant, the hotel was very clean and the staff helpful. The Location is beautiful but hard to find without satnav. Good for walking, interesting rocks and woodland landscape.

The breakfast was very good with nice coffee, a good choice of bread, pastries, toppings, eggs & sausages but the orange and grapefruit juice was very mediocre.

People at the reception were very helpful and friendly. The location is exceptional and the grounds superb. We came for a cycling weekend and this is a wonderful place to start your trip and the terrace perfect for a beer afterwards. The restaurant was fine but due to a wedding they were a little understaffed. The swimming pool/spa was excellent after a long bike ride.

I have to mention that the toilet paper came out per two sheets, if they came out at all, and were too thin to use well. There were soap bottles mounted on the wall above the sink, but one was empty, there were cables from the tv just hanging unplugged loose, the lights on the desk and the power plugs built in to the desk didn't work, and we couldn't set the fridge cold enough to cool anything.

The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast buffet was good (though at 08:00 much was already gone), the grounds looked fantastic, the staff was very friendly, and the location was outstanding.

Unfortunately my room was more dated than the others in the group. Clean and tidy but the bathroom needs an upgrade. Wasn't enough to moan about or put me off retuning.

Beautiful place, tucked away down a lane. Unfortunately the weather wasn't on our side but I would have liked to have walked around amd explored the area more.
