Unfortunately one of the rooms had a rather foul smell. Likely from the carpet. The other room had wooden floor and was much better.

Clean and good location in the city center. Easy parking in the square just around the corner. Beds were comfortable and the included breakfast was nice.

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

The location was ideal, there were amazing restaurants within walking distance, the beds were very comfortable, I liked the multiple levels and breakfast was great. There was a lot of things to do and see in the area.

Broken door deadbolt. I can overlook that. Broken fridge. I can overlook that. In-Op skylight window. I can overlook that. Rude staff. I WILL not overlook. If the checkout is 1200 I don't need staff upset at us if we're still in the room at 1120.

The room I was offered was on a late booking so perhaps not hotels fault. But was two flights up a fairly small staircase and the bathroom was up another flight of steps into the eves. Having had a recent heart attack and being in motorcycle gear and separated luggage, I didn’t fancy another heart attack. I was refunded without argument.

It looked ok a basic room would get you by.

We had nothing bad to say about our stay, it was great.

The moment we checked in, room 13 smelled overwhelmingly of bleach. The windows were damaged and one was sloppily screwed shut. The bathroom smelled of drains that hadn't been cleaned. Room 15 was worse. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. The room smelled of mildew and there was an unidentified stain on the wall near the door with flecks of something. Upstairs the window shades were damaged, tufts of mildew and mold grew everywhere. The bathroom was horribly mildewy with no visible air ventilation unless you opened a moldy window. I decided I wouldn't be staying the night and informed the gentleman at the front desk. He became visibly irritated, and even worse when I showed him pictures I had taken. He told me this was normal and walked up to room 13 with me, telling me he didn't smell anything. I showed him the photo of the stains on the wall in room 15 and he said this was also normal and asked what I expected. I told him that I expected the rooms to be a little cleaner. He begrudgingly refunded me and I found a much better stay elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here.

Bag storage area virtually in a Dungeon but it is all coded for security of your luggage. Is tight getting it in and out of luggage storage area.

Gave us a room upgrade. Very close to train station. Excellent to get rid of your bags from train station. 3 minutes to station. Plenty of food options around.

The breakfast was just okay. The room we were initially assigned had the bathroom up a narrow staircase, which would have been hell to negotiate in the middle of the night. When I brought this up with the manager, initially he claimed that that was way it was. I persisted, pointing out that there was nothing about that in the info regarding the hotel, and finally he assigned us a reasonable room.

Shower head is.so high I couldn’t reach to adjust position. Sprays a lot of water into the floor as the door inky civets half of the tub.

Nicely appointed, clean, nice view of patio from the window. Breakfast was lovely.

The only thing dragging down this rating is the beds. They were so soft, my wife slept on the floor.

The building is right off of the town's main square, and the room was very large. They also honored an early request to place me on the ground floor due to issues with climbing stairs.

Bathroom was located in the attic, and steep stairs were used to reach the facilities. Wi-Fi didn’t work. Breakfast was not worth the money. Recommend you stay elsewhere.
