I recently stayed at hotel phenix and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The room was infested with bugs, making it impossible to sleep. I found bugs crawling everywhere, including the bed. Speaking of the bed, the sheets were filthy and clearly had not been changed or cleaned properly. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable and made my stay extremely uncomfortable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and restful place to stay. I hope the management takes serious action to address these issues for future guests.

The room was small and smells from toilet a lot. Even open windows couldn't help. The neighbours was noisy, I heard all voices from corridor. When i wanted to buy coffee in coffee machine, there was possible only cash. No kettle with hot water in the hotel . And WiFi didn't worked. And area kind of not safe for women in the dark time

The door on room 205 was to laud and broken the window was broken and it get cold in the night, the shower also was broken

The bed was so small I booked a comfortable bed and big room but unfortunately they gave me a very small room. A lot of noice, shower and WC were just inside each other and very small space to even move. There was no refrigerator and no glass there.

My room had more the character of a converted storage room. The hotel had certainly seen better days. The parking situation is virtually non-existent.

The room wasn’t ready and they gave the keys to dirty one , then cleaned in less than 10min… Very dusty room, see photos. Very dark room, no sun light. Hair dryer didn’t work. Claustrophobic bathroom with shower and sink together.

The breakfast was included.

No toilet roll holder , screw hanging out of wall, ( health and safety issue) ,no in room coffee making facilities, no lift, acces to 3rd was via a narrow staircase,nowhere to hang a towel , breakfast was not value for money ,narrow single beds so overall the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and very poor value for the money

It was a bit noisy. You can hear people on the hallway and in the rooms near you.

It was very clean! The cleaning staff made our bed and gave us fresh towels every single day:)

*The facility looks very old *It's way too expensive for the price of the single room, it's 100 EUR per night *The vending machine cannot take cards, and we happen to not have coins *The sound isolation is very bad, you can hear people walking outside of your room. *shower is not separated from toilet, water splash everywhere *the parking cost 15 EUR and it's off-site

Staff is so rude. They should be polite and co-operative. And i think they really need to improve the breakfast menu and should bread be available on the table . And not like you have to wait for the bread to come .

Everything stinks there. The toilet and drainage system does not work properly. There was a very very bad smell from the toilet. I never come back to that hotel again. The hallway was too narrow also
