Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomNothing to dislike but no tea/coffee making facilities or free water in the room
Great location with an underground car park that gives direct elevator access to the hotel. Right opposite the beautiful Opera House and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and shops. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room on the 6th floor had a fantastic view of the Opera House. The room was compact but well equipped. The bed was very comfortable but with very tight space to the sides. The bathroom was very clean and bright and the shower was excellent. The communal areas were spacious, well lit and warm

LithuaniaThe chair in room could be a bit more comfortable. If to be picky, then it could be more channels in English in TV. I would still sumerise that it is ordinary Ibis hotel, so if you stayed somewhere in it, it is similar.
It was calm nice stay. I had to work during stay, but it was decent conditions for that in room. Staff was polite and helping. If you do not need every morning breakfast you can order room without it and just pay for them in the morning and go to eat. Still to order it in advance is a bit cheaper. When you pay in Hotel it is 14 Eur.

United KingdomThe room was very narrow which didn’t leave much space either side of the bed. The bed however was very comfortable.
The location was great, it was easy to walk into the centre. Parking was great in the public car park that had direct access to the hotel.

CroatiaSo to start things off, the hotel parking is only open from 7 in the morning (closes around 2 am), not a great thing if you need to leave early morning before this time. There are other 24 hour car parks around 5-10 minutes away by car, but you will be charged full amount for stay and not a hotel rate. Also, be aware, the multi-story parking has very tight and narrow lanes, very easy to hit or scratch your vehicle especially if you have a bigger car such as a 4x4. Furthermore, the arrangement that hotel seems to have with the parking company requires guests to take the validated ticket (validated at hotel reception) to the parking attendant at the exit of the car park to validate and pay for the discounted rate (you cannot get the rate at the ticket machine), then go back and get their car. Seems like a unnecessary step and a hassle for a guest. The surroundings of the hotel do not feel very safe either, especially in the evening. There appears to be roving groups of male youths with significant anti social behaviour around a hotel (drinking, screaming, smashing bottles, aggressive behaviour, etc...). Not ideal for families or females. Even at my size over 6ft 1, I had to be on a lookout when taking money out of the cash point. Worst of all, the hotel room does not have any air conditioning (not sure if this is just our room or entire hotel). When a temperature of the room is actually higher than a temperature outside even with windows open (and it was pretty warm outside, around 30c) then you have some serious problems. You are provided with a table fan, but with a heat inside of the room being so high, it's like a convection oven with hot air being circulated around the room. Finally the only window in the room was facing the back of a housing blocks which was ungodly sight, not really what you want to see out of a hotel window. Overall, apart from great staff, I would not stay here again or recommend anyone to do so either.
Staff were really nice, approachable and helpful. Hotel guests are entitled to discounted rate for 24 hour parking at 10 Euros per day. The location seems pretty central with easy access to bars, restaurants, etc. Hotel access is staffed 24 hours a day and lift is controlled by your room card (for added security).

United KingdomHave nothing bad to say about this accommodation, everything is at Ibis standards, it is right in the city centre, has parking underneath (park at the Opera parking and ask the hotel for the discount), allows pets, staff very helpful, we loved our stay and will be back, hopefully when the weather allows (it was raining all day, not the hotel's fault)

United KingdomThe fact that they don’t except motorcycles at the hotel. And you’re not notified until after you have booked.
When booking it claims parking on site . When arriving in two motorcycles worth over £40.000 we we told there’s no motorcycle parking. I was not happy with this and would have walked away but the money had been taken from my account. We had to pay £30 to park bikes in security car park away from hotel … it should state that there is no motorcycle parking when it advertised parking on site … totally disappointed in the stay at this location. I think booking dot com has lowered its standards…

United KingdomWe were totally ripped off by the reception staff, he made us park on motorcycles at a garage a short distance away and told us that the garage below the hotel would not accept motorcycles, we found out later this was not true, and that he had made an arrangement with a friend so he could collect cash.
There is nothing we really liked about this hotel, the location was okay, but lots of nasty horrible people around outside most of the night
